I have none of a, b, c or e. Mine tend to be bungalows (couples or singles, heading toward or past retirement), town houses (families or couples with adult children) and my newest customers are rural, bungalows - still to meet but presumed to be as previous bungalow clients above (btw, we used to live in a bungalow so nothing against them).
My posh house clients either went direct to avon via website or wont change from the premium brands after using them for donkeys years.

Cards are ok, booklet no different to what it said in HT but it is a good price for the mascaras. I had a customer order a mascara anyway so it seemed to make sense to pay the difference for the loyalty set.
Since I handed out the cards I have had previously regular customers not order so I don't know what happened thereK xx

Thanks - Just wondered what the general opinion was! I had all retirement homes on my territory and was finding it difficult but ive asked for new territory now so fingers crossed.''Aim for the moon, because if you miss you will still land amongst the stars''0

I ordered one; didn't actually use the loyalty cards but got 5 mascaras (2 black, 3 brown). Can't remember exactly now but seem to recall I managed to make a small profit (and get a free mascara for myself) by selling the mascaras as/when customers ordered that particular one.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

When I first canvassed my territory, I had a customer just leave her order form in with the book, with no name, address, just a signature.
Luckily it was only a small road I had canvassed, so I took the order form along with me when delivering the orders, and asked one of the customers who had ordered and they knew who it was.
I tried that but no-one knew who she was. It's only for a fiver so not much. I was thinking of ordering the stuff anyway and putting a note out with the next lot of books. Or just putting a note out and ordering it with C8 as I'll still be able to order from C7. That way if no-one contacts me I'll not have to mess about.Sealed Pot Challenge #817 £50 banked0 -
Hi,
I was an Avon rep for a while but found I couldn't really give it enough time so I stopped.
However since forgetting to do my tax returns I have been fined 100 pounds that I don't have I have been thinking about going back to it.
Do you think Avon would have me back? Should I just start again from the website like before. A big part of the problem was that we didn't have a regular area manager and there was one well established rep in the area who basically looked after herself, the rest of us got an e mail from a different girl each week.
I am also 90% sure my territory has been taken (!) I was (completley unjustifably!!) upset about that! silly I know but in a way it would be good cos I could start afresh some where else........
Any suggestions as to what to do?
thanks

It all depends upon how long ago it was that you stopped doing avon - if it was longer than 8 campaigns ago (approx 6 months) then you can choose who you join with - you can either go through the official website again, and be signed up by the area manager, or find yourself a sales leader to join with. I joined with an area manager, and really wish I hadn't, as I get absolutely no help - had I known how avon works I would have found a sales leader and joined with them.
As for your territory - yes if you've stopped avon your territory will get reallocated to anyone new who starts - but there is pretty much always some territory free within walking distance (only exception is if you are pretty rural, if you live in a pretty built up area then there should be free territory) so getting some new territory shouldn't be a problem. hope this helps a bitAvon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -
