Lotus Shield – online training for all Representatives

Another Avon first … The Marketing Communications team are organising a mass online training programme for Representatives to support the launch of Advance Techniques Lotus Shield. This is to educate Representatives about Lotus Shield and give them some hints and tips on how to promote it and sell it to their customers, as well as a directional video on how to apply the product. Representatives will be sent an e-mail from avon@lotus-shield.co.uk on 2nd June inviting them to register for the training that will go live on 11th June. Once they have registered they will be sent a unique username and password required to access the training. A reminder e-mail will be sent on 10th June encouraging them to log on and take part in this interactive training. This is a really exciting initiative for us to be using to communicate with as many Representatives as possible and ensure they all get a clear and concise message. Do make sure you share with them the value of an online training programme like this and encourage them to take part.

Thanks xbrenx! I jst thought why not jst go for it! Took my books out and targeted jst my street. I was brave and knocked on doors and gave out 9 books. Those houses where people were out I jst put a note thru the door saying I am the new Rep in the area and to call or txt me if they would like a brochure.

Being as theres no-one on here local, what I'd do is look through your local newspapers, theres usually an add on there, or the classifieds on ebay. Much better to be with a SL than an asm - I joined with an asm and get no support. I wouldn't still be doing avon if it wasn't for everyone on here being so helpful when I started.

I am in the same boat, my ASM only gets in touch if it will benefit her!! Really wish I'd signed up via an SL xx

Up to £417 orders now for C9 :j my highest order this year by far :T my total order is around £463 as I've spent some of my commission but still set to make over £50 shame I need £483 sales per campaign to reach PC tho :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Well done for being brave hun, when I first started I wouldn't have dared doorknock , now I'm a SL , sounds like you will go far !

I just googled Avon sales leaders and found mine tht way, maybe give that a go?

I officially hate C10 Went out to collect another 20 books (in the rain) only got 6 back and no orders. Still haven't been able to deliver 2 orders from C9. The only glimmer of hope is that I got a phone call from someone the other side of town asking for a book as she has no rep anymore, so hopefully that will lead somewhere.

Aside from that I just wanted to ask about commission. My ASM said I had to put an order of over £74 each campaign to gain any commission, but my total is at £43 so far, and it's already coming up with a difference between the totals and what I pay. Why would that be?

You may have "fixed discount" items on your order (usually branded stuff)... the system doesnt recognise that youve not hit MOV with these so shows them as discounted even though youd not get discount if that makes sense?!

Off to do some extra deliveries from my additional order.. bits have arrived that customers have been missing a while so going to get them out ASAP. Also making some early deliveries of the fergie sets so i have less deliveries to do on delivery night as few people only ordered them

There is no SL's in the Liverpool area reading this is there?? I have about 200 c8 books that as of thursday i wont be using... 100 of them are still shrink wrapped (bad planning on my part). I'd ask my ASM to ask about but shes likely not to!!

Afternoon ladies....

I'm a bit fed up with this Avon lark today..... As this was my 3rd campaign drop I put in a newsletter pointing out the best deals and provided some aftershave samples to promote one of the 'Father's Day' packs to regular customers but it hasn't really worked.

I'm not sure if its a) 3rd campaign so peoples spending has cooled off a bit or b) the promotions in c9 are not savy enough or c) ME!!

My order is due in on Thursday and I have some new houses to drop too but I'm not keeping my hopes up. Have hit MOV but am about £30 off HOV.... I was doing really well up until this campaign and now I feel really fed up.

Any ideas or suggestions please?
