    Coming soon from Avon online:

We’re bringing you lots of exciting deals at our lowest possible prices. Stock up on products from 99p and don’t miss out on some fantastic sets from just £4!

Starts 1st June... might be worth buying some stuff at 99p for giveaways to customers for spends over £10.

Apparently the royal mail return labels were sent out in error - however - you can still use them as normal to return items via your courier, as they have a barcode on them so they'll be accepted ok.

Does that mean we can't use them then? I took mine into the post office to check what the process was and they seemed quite happy with them.

Unless you've been sent a different lot, this is what I've managed to find out from other sales leaders:

They are usually what are sent out to personal customers (those who order directly from the avon website), which is why the post office were happy with them, but we aren't really meant to be using them at the post office with us being reps. With them having a barcode on then they can be used to return by the carrier as normal.

They were sent out in error - unless you've been part of a trial or something.

    Arrrgghhhh sorry need to vent!!!

Got a sign up this morning, yay :D but a rep who missed placed her order on Tuesday.....has finally text me back and said she isn't continuing for personal reasons. Why o why can't people tell you before - I text her on the day orders were due, and I stressed at T1 that if she was going to miss a campaign or leave, to just let me know, as if she didn't I'd only have to chase her as I wouldn't know her personal circumstances, that I wouldn't ask questions so easier to tell me than have me chase her at what could be a very bad time.....but no obviously didn't pay any attention!!! Arrghh!

    Feel better now lol!

Thanks guys, it is easier to return via the courier, I was just thinking they are useful for if you miss the courier - or with my last but one delivery when I had it delivered to another rep's house because we were away. Didn't want to lumber her with my returns as well as my delivery!!

Don't think they were a trial - there was no info with them which indicates that they probably were sent in error.

Ah well, if the post office are familiar with them then I might just give it a go in the future if I need to. I never have more than one box (shouldn't say things like that, should I!!).

Got a mascara returned last campaign, customer reckoned it was faulty but then the replacement was exactly the same so both went back. (Diamonds one - anyone else had similar problems? She just said it was 'dried up'/seemed 'everything was clogged up at the bottom') - sorry, digressing. Anyway the second one was given me back after I'd done my returns and settled the bill so I returned it via Royal Mail (they wouldn't stamp my returns slip but just gave me one of their receipts/proof of posting). The item hasn't yet been credited though (returned it 13 May) - problem due to sending it back via RM or not enough time elapsed do you reckon? Did email Avon about it yesterday and awaiting their reply, just wondered if the RM labels might be the reason.....

Hi MC, I would chase the credit. Is it showing on your order tracking, or just not showing on your account balance? If its not on order tracking I'd chase it.

I returned some stuff via royal mail earlier in the year (was almost at recharge point as I'd forgotten about it so I paid the postage as it was very light) and it was credited straight away.
