    Have sold 13 Fergie's so far :)

ASM is doing a promotion to sell 20 within c10-12. I have a party booking for 1st June within C10 so just hope that I sell more there. I have managed to order a stupid amount on the money maker so have enough in not to have to order.

    Hope you heal soon Aureol.

I always pay the full amount as when I have not I get a message saying that my next order will be held. Is it ok then not to pay the full amount and just pay the amount minus the credit amount?
    Thanks

Yes you can pay off the balance yes your outstanding credit amount - remember though that you need to deduct the "your cost" of the credits rather than the customer cost.

    For example ...
    Account Balance £145.67
Outstanding Credits £11.25 (your cost, customer cost is £15.00)
Amount to pay off = £134.42 (balance less your cost).

I've always deducted any returns (as CG says at nett cost) and then just paid the balance due. As you say, occasionally I get a reminder email re. the balance supposedly o/s but I just do a quick email reply asking them to check their records being that the amount they claim is due is covered by products that were actually returned on .............. Never yet had a problem with an order being held (or threatened to be held).

Thank you everyone for your well wishes. Am very sore today, nose has swollen and I went to wipe it and it hurt!!!!!! not doing that again.

Moving on, I sympathise with you! And everyone other Avon lady or man who has injured themselves in the course of duty! Avon should sell some kind of arnica product, it would be a big seller on me alone!

Am trying to motivate myself to get my books prepped and out, as bank holiday weekend, hopefully a few people will have a look and decide to buy.

So, just seen an email from my ASM, she is not going to be around for 2 weeks due to personal reasons and another manager is going to be looking after us. Surprise, surprise, no response to emails my SL and I have sent. Am going to try sending to new manager, if still no repsonse, it's going further!

just to let you know IF you have not already filled the returns forms in you can just use one barcode JUST make sure you put the same barcode number on EVERY return form where it asks for it. Saves returns labels/tape etc then :)

Im not sure about the royal mail barcodes though being ok for the courier? (Ive not seen them) so maybe its worth a quick call to avon or your SL to check its ok first? As you say you cant return aerosols by royal mail so need to send your returns by courier. :) Just would hate you to use the royal mail labels and be told they are no good by the courier.

Apparently the royal mail return labels were sent out in error - however - you can still use them as normal to return items via your courier, as they have a barcode on them so they'll be accepted ok.
