Yeah immediate replacements will come by post unless they are too heavy or contain an aerosol as they can't be sent by RM.
Yes, I was originally told (a week ago) that my immediate replacements would be via courier because there were so many (but individually as items they are quite light). Rang yesterday to see when they would arrive with the courier to be told that they had already been sent by RM - good news I guess at least I can pick them up from the post office in my own time rather than waiting in for the courier.0 -
Very sore now, heading off to bed in a minute. Unfortunately, cannot rest like everyone is advising. No time, have to work for the money, but good news having free haircut friday morning, so at least my hair will look pretty
Aureol - owwww!! Hope you are a bit less sore today!
What a wonderfully girly comment - yeah yeah I look ridiculous in a skirt because of my knees and I'm battered and bruised on my face, but hey - nobody will notice because my hair will look so fab!!!
Reminded me of the time when I fell over outside work - I ruined a pair of work trousers along with grazing my knees, and broke my mug which I use at work. I was most gutted that I'd broken my lovely huge mug, couldn't wear a skirt for a week, and that influential people might have seen me!!
C10 looking up a bit, picked up from my new territory last night and got 4 orders, one which was for £65! From C9 book!! They must have been a bit Avon deprived for a while! Also sold a Fergie!
Just one more road to drop now before next week, and then my customers to pick up from so fingers crossed my luck continues. Have spent a bit on myself this time - sun creams from C9 and a treasure beads bracelet and bits from HT (might have to rein the beads back a bit though!)0 -
just a quick question...
what happens if I don't place an order? or am I best just to place a small order?
Am going away on holiday and busy at work so was going to miss a campaign but not sure if I am allowed to?0 -

hey helen#
You are allowed to miss a campaign, but do tell your ASM or Sales Leader.
some reps work two books when they are going on holiday, to send the orders inadvance so they dont lose on the commission.
have a good holiday

Do you know I don't think I have fallen over so much in my life since doing Avon:mad:
Currently I too am sporting bruised and grazed knees and a 'poorly' hand from two separate falls. One from skidding on gravel on someone's drive and another from falling backwards from their step. I am so busy counting out change or collecting the book, I forget where I am. !
I had other falls when it was icy and have also fallen over hidden cracks in customers' drives. Its sooooo embarrasing. They come to rescue me and the first thing I have to say is "I'm not drunk, just clumsy". I am also rather plumpalicious, which is good as other wise I think I would have broken a few bones by now.
Still it gives them something to talk about to me. I think Avon should do something to soothe bruises.0 -
I managed to break my ankle collecting someones brochure last year (yes, they did have an order!) so watch out for wet, slippery surfaces! Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.
If you quote me, don't forget the capital 'M'

Thanks - I think I might just order a few little bits for myself but will still drop my SL an email.
Can't wait for the holidays - much needed! And I'm trying out the SSS with the midges in Scotland as they always seem to bite me! - hope it works!0 -
Hi all,
Aureol, I hope you're not working too hard and am sure your hair will go a long way to help lift your mood! Its amazing how having your hair done can brighten your life!! Get Well Soon.
I was hoping for some advice. This is my third campaign and my first lot of returns. As it was my first I put the details onto internet straight away but then another custmer returned so put them on a seperate return sheet. Then had another customer (who had kept promising to come round and pay) finally tell me to send back their order so I now have 3 returns forms!
I want to repackage it all and give it to the courier when my delivery comes on Tuesday, but I don't know how! I only have Royal Mail barcode slips but as one of my returns is an aerosol I figure it makes more sense to give it all to the courier? Do I just put the same barcode on each returns form? Or do I use three barcodes all on one package?
So sorry for all the questions, am sure once I have done it once it'll all be pretty straight forward! (i.e I'll keep hold of all my returns and do them all at once!!)
Thanks!!0 -
Just catching up; really sorry to hear about your fall, Aureol - get well soon.
AA: if all your returns fit in one box (and it still weighs under 8Kg) just attach all three bar codes to the box. No probs. Remember to make a note of the total value of your returns (and deduct it from your payment, of course) before printing off your returns forms. Sorry if that's teaching Granny to suck eggs! :cool:Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)
