I had to send my order without checking the subtotal last night and now my invoice amount is £10 higher than I expected it to be. I'm hoping I didn't make a mistake somewhere because I wasn't able to double check against the subtotal .

I did get a response for customer service yesterday about the problem and they said it would be sorted yesterday but it wasn't - very annoying!
Don't worry unduly. Just check your invoice against your order (says she, who never does...... but still - good advice methinks!) I always used to print off my order but if you've ordered any clearance items then chances are it won't be the same due to o-o-s items.

On the other hand, it's strange how if you've ordered the same product at different prices in each campaign it actually stands out in black and white when you print it off rather than on your computer screen.....:(

No unfortunately I've never been to the warehouse - you have to be invited by an asm and as I don't like mine lol.....! Been told by people who have been though that's it's all done by machine, so when you're missing buts it's cos they got stuck in the shoot, and when you get extra bits it's cos something of yours freed up a stck item do it ended up in your box.

Thanks Lozza - interesting! Wonder who was short of a Sweep Cheeks this campaign, eh ... !! I've definitely got one over.

Deliveries tonight, hope the sun stays out!

On a territory note, ever wish you hadn't opened your big mouth?!! But thanks loads to my ASM who has given me more territory - 170 more houses! I only started with 130 so its a bit daunting to say the least!!!!

Bearing in mind that I'm working full time and am currently only spending Tuesday & Wednesday out and about (drop on Wednesdays, pick up Tuesday, drop again Weds) does anybody have any ideas how I might manage things? Thinking I'll do a last drop to my current territory with a note in the book which says something like a thank you for your time, and I'll be canvassing less regularly in the future. If you would like to continue to receive a book every 3 weeks please tick this box.

We all know how successful tick boxes have been in the past (mostly ignored!!) but at least it MIGHT show up those who do want to order but not see anything they like yet.

Then thinking of taking up Lozza's idea of canvassing my current territory 20 houses per camp, and concentrating on the new territory.

Sorry for the ramble, I'm a bit overwhelmed!!

Gosh you were up early this morning lozza!

Glad you've got more territory Claregre, hope its more successful than mine..... collected another 20 books and you've guessed it...zilchio! :(

I am going to drop some more off on my way out and will post positive Avon vibes through the letterboxes as I do it, surely someone will want to buy?

    Hi guys,

I've just checked the online invoice from my first order. Good news is that I've achieve HOV in my first run :j

But . . . I'm having difficulty understanding what's happening with the alternative goods. It looks like they couldn't supply the Anew Elixir Premium, but they've replaced it with 2 products instead of one (30ml Age Repair Elixir, and a 15ml trial size Age Repair Day). Does that sound right?

Also, under 'items supplied at no cost', it looks like they're sending me an
Anew Reversalist Night Renewal Cream. Is this likely to be the sample reward for reaching HOV in my first campaign?

    Hi all!

I am new to the forum and I really enjoy reading about everyones experiences with AVON. It seems so friendly here and its nice to have a place to share so thank you!

I have just put in my C8 order (my second campaign) and am about to start prepping my C9 brochures. I was thinking of doing a 'Summer customer loyalty' offer saying 'Any suncream for £3', I was also going to mention the SSS Dry oil bug repellent properties.

My only concern is that in HT10 it mentions half price suncreams coming in C10. I don't have my C10s yet so can't see the price range. Just don't want to offer this as customer loyalty to be undercut in the next brochure! Could anyone tell me the price range of suncream in C10? Particularly the kids stuff as that seems most popular with my customers.

@Myrtle77 The Anew Reversalist Night Renewal Cream is your HOV reward. I have just put mine to one side as its 40+ and I'm 32, so hoping someone will order it off me soon! I'm trying to collect any 'extras' and keep them in a box in the hope someone orders them!

the suncreams prices in c10 are:

    clear protection range: £4 -5
low + high protection range: £3.50-5
Tan maximiser range - £3 (the tan enhancing oil spray) - £4
    kids range -£3.50 -£4.50
    aftersun - all £3

    hope that helps

Thank you so much Johanne. Now I know that my customers won't be annoyed I have given them an 'offer' only to find it cheaper in the next Brochure.

Off I go to do my prepping :) !

    Thanks again. x

    no problems :)

Im trying to get the motivation to go cover new area... its chucking with rain and ive got a severe kidney infection :( (so severe they wanted to hospitalise me on monday! but i told then no cos of my DD) sat here wrapped up in 2 big hoodies with a hot water bottle thinking i really SHOULDNT go out but i REALLY need the orders this campaign as ex has left me majorly in the lurch with money AGAIN. Cant count on my regulars bringing in enough orders either as only covered them last camp and they did £1100 in sales so doubt many of them will want anything this time!

I also have 4 orders still outstanding.. not like me at all but being sick this week and a major family issue last week i havent got round the "awkward" ones.. you know them customers you have to jump through hoops for??

Ugh... dont know what to do!!
