I did get a response for customer service yesterday about the problem and they said it would be sorted yesterday but it wasn't - very annoying!

Yes - my customer was after the larger size as well, she found that the others were too small - larger size sold out, grrr!!

Hi all Been MIA for a bit as my laptop had to go for repair.

I've had my avon delivery today. However, a customer ordered the Anew dermabrasion cream for £15, but I have a Rejuvenate dial-a-glow anit-ageing moisturiser. Is it the same thing?? Or do I need to return it?

I am also getting a little confused with the campaigns. I ordered some of the Fergie demo packs from HT for £9 each. The perfume doesn't come out until C10, so do I give the samples out in C10 aswell? I'm taking C9 brochures out tomorrow, but just not sure whether to give the samples out when the product isn't available to order yet?

Hiya pinkpig08. I have ordered samples for all my customers for the fergie perfume. I will be giving them out with C8 deliveries this time (or in their C9 brochure if they haven't ordered this time) stuck to a card saying something like "New Fragrance Launch ... Preview of new fragrance to be launched in Book 10. If you like it, why not get it before everyone else for the special price of £12.50 for fragrance, body lotion and body spray?". Then I'll ask them to write it on the order form as "Fergie perfume preview" and they'll get it when I deliver C9 orders.

It'll be something along those lines - hope that makes sense. Once you've got it, you are free to start promoting it (even before it is in the current book).

I am assuming you have ordered moneymaker at £9 each?

Fingers crossed - I have asked my ASM for 2 new roads today to expand my territory!!

She keeps asking me about sales leadership, but I really don't think I have either the time to recruit, or the time to dedicate to my new reps to be fair to them.

I am still waiting ........ or rather 2 of my customers are still waiting ...

Product Supply issues on the website WERE saying available mid campaign 8, but nothing in my C8 order, and now they aren't on the product supply list at all!

Customer Services endlessly helpful as ever. No idea when they will be here, but "as soon as they are available they will be sent with your regular order".

oh how annoyed am i ....i guess its to be expected with big orders..but i have bits missing and replaced with something else...i have a bottle of bubble bath were the cap has split leaked everywhere...i had a bottle of the aloha handwash withj no pump top!!! good job i have one laying around at home...the pump top wasnt even in the box...do they pack the boxes with their eyes closed?

sorry just needed that little rant

I cannot be sure until I've checked my orders properly but I think I got a free arabian glow sweep cheeks this time! Ordered 2 and 3 in the box. Not bothered about it for myself so I'm going to return it for credit!!

Picked up 16 brochures on some new territory and didn't get one, not one order . I got one note saying Avon was too expensive?!? however one lady left a note saying not this time but that I could leave a brochure next campaign so all is not lost still felt really deflated though. I dropped another lot of brochures out last night so fingers crossed on Wednesday when I collect them I get some orders.

Emailed my ASM with my territory last week as she wanted to know who was looking after what streets in my area. Have asked for some more but no response as yet, will probably just knock and drop at this rate as I really want some more orders.

Don't worry - I'm sure if you keep trying that territory you'll some customers in the following campagins - some people could be waiting for payday/waiting for their favourite product to be on special offer etc, so keep canvassing unless someone says no.

Email your asm again (just forward the email to her, so that it shows when you originally emailed her) - if you don't hear back from her either way by the end of the week let me know and I'll chase it up for you.
