I assume I give a copy of the order form back to the customer with delivery but do I give them the original or the carbon copy or doesn't it matter??

I also thought I'd receive some freebie samples as well as the free gift for getting over HOV on my first campaign. The free gift is there but not the samples?

Thanks for the advice on sorting the orders out, dining room is now completely covered in Avon! :rotfl:

Give your customers the carbon copy. as the top one is easier to read to keep for your records.
sorry i cant help you on the sample issue as its been a while since i started up.

Yes, I always give back the carbon copy for the same reason.

I put my boxes (usually 3 or 4) on chairs/occasional tables so that I don't have to keep bending down. I do a very rough 'sort' when I open them - make up/perfumes in one box; bath & skin stuff; 'gifty' bits & pieces/clothing etc, and then continue 'fine sorting' as I go through.

I also find it helps to have all your orders in a presenter book (the sort with the transparent pockets inside) - makes them easier to look through.

Good luck and if it's any consolation, it gets easier as you get used to it

Think it was a free gift if you hit HOV OR samples if you hit MOV, not both. I got some Anew cream for hitting HOV on my first order. HTH xxxx

I'm new to this thread and new to Avon but I'm hoping somebody can help me..

I've had a customer as if I could order her one of the body illusion body suits out of campaign 6. Unfortunately I am now on campaign 9 so can't back order that far and it isn't in C8 or 9 :-(

It is in campaign 10 but she needs it before my order for that campaign would be delivered.

Any ideas on what I could do?

Thanks for your help ladies, missythecat i think you're right about the samples. I'm more than happy with the free gift though so that's fine.

My order has arrived minus 2 items that they say are currently out of stock, one is anew concealer and the other the oasis bangle watch. Do we have any idea as to when they will arrive or will it be with the next order? :think:

Welcome to both Avon and the Forum. You'll find it brilliant on here as everyone is really friendly and helpful :beer:

As to your query, that's always a difficult situation. It might be worth a call to Avon so see if they have one in stock (although, I'm not sure how helpful the call centre in India would be with that). Other than that there is an outside chance you may find it on Ebay, although it could be too expensive to make it worthwhile even if you could get the right size. Perhaps you might find that she's still happy to buy it in C10 even though she would have liked it sooner.

Hopefully, someone else will have some better ideas!

Hiya everyone , i had my camp8 avon order today:) and i was shocked to see
in hello tomorrow that the ideal shade matte mousse foundtions are going to be discounted:mad: they are one of my best sellers , i also use this foundtion so very peed off , does anyone know what it's going to be replaced with as an alternative when customers ask me as i'v looked the brochure 9 and there's nothing really.

Also i was talking to a customer this morning and she asked what i'd done to my face as she said my skin was glowing and it does i looked in the mirror when i got home and it's still the same now my skin looks like it's 10 yrs younger lol so soft solutions plus vitamin boost mask it was only 2 pound in book 8 and my skin looks fantastic :rotfl::T

ops forgot.. also in my camp 8 order the clearance secion in hellow tomorrow is now a seprate booklet?? have i missed something?

also.. does anyone know of any other forums that reps can chat? as i love reading all these tips, i am also a member of the avon friends forum so know of that one, ? i used to love reading the avon.com message boards but i lost the link so i cant read them anymore , does anyone else read them or have the link to pass on to me? let me know.. thanks happy avoning lol
