    Hi all,

    You all sound very experienced!
I've just received a parking charge notice from NPE having parked at an Estate Agents on Newmarket Rd in Norwich.
I've been reading all the posts on this forum. Has ANYBODY who has ignored a parking charge from NPE received any genuine demands for recovery of the money? Is it worth me writing a letter of appeal or shall I just ignore it?

    Law abiding and worried

Could you please start your own thread , instead of hijacking this one.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

Why would you ignore it if you've read posts on the forum? Or do you mean you've only read this fairly old thread? See my signature below for where to click (just one click) to see the current forum. Read the sticky info threads at the top such as the 'Newbies read this first!' thread. The red bits in my signature give you a clue that the advice has changed and we always beat this bunch at appeal now.

Why have you posted here (in an old thread) and not in your own thread?

    Hi
Can someone offer any advice. I have received a "Charge Notice" from TPS. It is marked as "reminder" and requests £90

    The issues are as follows

The offence is not me as I have never even heard of the place where the alleged offence took place. I suspect it isn't in my region. I was in work all day and my car was in the works car park

Secondly, I have never received an initial letter and now a reminder is issued?? What is that all about?

Should I ignore or make representations? Any advice would be appreciated

Pease read the Newbies sticky then start your own thread - do not hijack outdated, info or discussion threads that have little or no bearing on your current situation.

Please read other threads in connection to Excel and Rossendale , there are a number of them on the first page of the forum
When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

This summarises the forum regulars' position and how reading the forum and other threads will help you see this for what it is:

Don't start a new thread though please, not needed, just search and Google and read. Relax.
