There have been some slight changes to the first solicitors letter.
The title is now 'Unpaid Civil Parking Charge' rather than 'Unpaid Excess Charge Notice'
Now signed with 'GBP Solicitors LLP' rather than 'Geoffrey Parker Bourne'
This is the result of a pre-October invoice
That could be interesting since, as the RK, I recieved a letter from LPS about an Excess Charge Notice and not a Civil Parking Charge
