Is James the one who has trans gender problems at zenith ? Or was that someone else ;)
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

Thanks for that. Another ticket that is non-compliant with POFA in so many ways. And another ticket that says, in effect, that if you dare appeal to POPLA then they will increase the charge.

I'm still waiting for a response from Norman Baker to my mega-complaint about POPLA (and I'm sure he will respond, because my MP is on his case about it too). When I get my reply, I shall follow it up by asking him if he realises that the PPC's are taking the p*ss out of government policy by effectively charging for POPLA appeals.

What is all that about clamping and towing ? Shocking that it hasn't been removed! And it makes no mention of popla on the back, only that it will go to debt collectors , so not complying with pofa at all. Another complaint to the dvla about a parking company. Guess they must be sick of hearing from us ;)

Over on CAG somebody has just posted a letter they received from Euro. Especially interesting is this gem:-

If you are not the driver at the time under the new Protection of Freedom act you will be liable to inform who the driver was and for insurance purposes you should know at all times who is driving the vehicle.

Who is insured or not to drive a particular vehicle has nothing to do with Euro.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

That cobblers about the insurance is a Perky-ism I believe.

Also not true that "you will be liable to inform who the driver was". Hope whoever received this sends it to DVLA, should be enough to get ECP banned.
