I have had the Euro Car Parks letter chain. The final one, letter 5 from Debt Recovery Plus arrived four weeks ago. But yesterday I received another, from Zenith Collections. The new letter 6 looks the same as the Zenith Collections letter on other chains, offering to reduce the charge even further.

Please update the Euro Car Parks letter chain on the sticky thread.

In the letter it states

"...debt recovery has been transferred to Zenith Collections..."

It was already noted that Claire Robinson of Debt Recovery Plus and James Wilkins of Zenith Collections have the same signature. Well the small print at the bottom of the Zenith Collections letter actually states what we already suspected:

"Zenith Collections is a trading name of Debt Recovery Plus Ltd"

Laughable.

Great work on the post, very informative.

It states under the APCOA heading that letters 1 and 2 from Graham White are no longer being sent. We have recieved the second letter today from Graham White acting upon Roxburghe. Therefore this section may need updating.

It's signed by that nice transgender clerk, James Wilkins, also known as Claire Robinson on the DRP letters. Same signature, as spotted a few months ago by an eagle eyed poster. Nice to know that these debt collectors are open to equality in employment.

I remember reporting this to them and spoke to them and asked about something defrauding them, it had me in stiches!!
