Cheers hammer, here's the clicky link for Crabman to add to the first post under UKPC:

'Notice to Owner' indeed! Impersonating authority as usual.

    HTH
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

still cracks me up that the offence of ***************** is backed up by their photographic evidence of a windscreen with a ticket on it :rotfl:

Thanks hammer and CM... added that to the first post.

We've almost reached the limit for the first post, the forums allow 25000 characters per post and following hammer's addition, we are currently at 24999, so we'll have to add a second post at the top :D

I'll take this opportunity to wish everyone a Happy New Year :j

As I'm new it states I'm not allowed to post attachments so how do I go about uploading links to photobucket...
    Thanks again!!!
Hi, welcome to MSE & Happy New Year to you too :hello:

If you go to photobucket and sign in (or sign up if you don't have an account there already) you'll be able to upload the images.

Then you simply need to copy the direct link (ending in jpg) and you can send me that link by clicking on my username and sending me a PM (private message).

Do ensure that you've blocked out any barcodes, codes and other details that could identify you to the PPC.

Any probs just give me a shout :)

Why not archive all the reply posts here and use the second post to further the thread, that way we are not overrun by stickies at the top ?

And happy new year to you as well :)
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?
  • Hi All,
    Happy New Year to all!!
I'm a new member and just in middle of a PCN letter onslaught!!
On second Letter which is due for payment in a few days...have ignored everything so far.
Will upload letters in due course.
It's all slightly worrying but info here is serving as a welcome respite.
Their tactics are underhand and basically nasty but just need to flag up my case.
    More to follow...

    Welcome to MSE Pollacks :hello:

Could you start a new thread when you post details? That way, our regulars will be able to give you advice in your own thread which will be easier for everyone :)

As a new user you won't be able to post links to the uploaded letters but you can send them to me in a Private Message (just leave out the http:// bit).

hi crabman, just got my first letter from roxburghe and they are now urging people to ignore certain websites and the advice they are giving, quoting 'civil procedure rules part 31* and more specifically parts 31.16 and 31.17' and my 'parking fine' has now risen from £35 to £122( i was sent a notice from APCOA at luton airport)
not sure if you want a copy of this letter but will post it if you like.

Seen it many times before. They forget to mention that "'civil procedure rules part 31* and more specifically parts 31.16 and 31.17'" does not apply to the small claims track. Just keep ignoring these clowns.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?
