Yes, it is, however I haven't received letter/ticket with red background. Just ticket with blue background and then 3 letters from Debt Recovery Plus (marked currently as 3, 4 and 5).

Okay, my husband received one of these letters from Parking Eye Today, life is already stressful, trying to move house, so I wanted to make sure that if we ignore the letters nothing will happen, we will not actually end up in court or with debt collectors on the door step, what happens after the final letter ??
