Here's what you can expect from Parking Eye:

    First letter:

    Second letter:

    Third letter:

    Still waiting for the fourth:D

Have you noticed how the credit account number on the payment slip in the Parking Eye letter is identical to the one from the debt collector? Surely if the 'debt' has been 'passed on' to the 'debt collector' (sorry about the overuse of quotes but that last phrase was irony overload and the only factual words are 'to' and 'the') then the payment would be paid into the account of the debt collector, not the parking agency? Incidentally, our charge, issued by G24 has EXACTLY THE SAME credit account number again on the debt collector's letter.

    Are they all inbred?

steevie, you're a legend! Thanks, on behalf of all those who will realise it's a scam thanks to your letter uploads. I've added UKPC to the first post. :T

Just one little thing - the link for Roxburghe letter is the same as the Graham White solicitor, so feel free to drop me a PM whenever you are able to get the Roxburghe letter up.

Thanks again for your help

Michael David Sobell has been a solicitor since 1st March 1962. Assuming he would have been about 23 when he took up that "honourable" post, he must be at least 70. Are we sure he still has all his faculties and knows the content of the threatening letters that bear his signature?

A new twist reported on here and on pepipoo is a different debt collector letter, suggesting the alleged 'debt' has been 'purchased' by Parking Collection Services Limited:

    http://i46.tinypic.com/k9xf5z.jpg

The example above was shown on pepipoo by someone whose original ticket was from UKPC. And on another thread someone else got the same letter from an original private ticket issued by NCP.

I don't think this is anything different to worry about, it's just another 'debt collector' but one to add to the UKPC list of letters and the NCP list of letters (and maybe other firms may use PCSL this year as well).

Just remembered, it's that firm run by Jason Brierley who I think was the recent poster who trolled a thread as 'Shaun Goater' a couple of weeks ago. I asked him if he was Jason Brierley from PCSL and he never came back...! Their very basic website was also insecure even though it was trying to collect payments! See thread here

    Ignore the lot, everyone! :)
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

I guess he's not too worried about any from of disciplinary action by the Law Soc....[possibly because it'll take them about 24 years to do anything....at which point he'll be about 100]

I've just scanned the barcode in the GW letter & have the reference, I'd suggest washing it as the reference number & personal stuff has been.
