You are doing really well, and should be proud of yourself for recognising what is going on and dealing with it. Anyone who says there shouldn't even be a debate in your head kind of misses the point - you have a behaviour pattern, and you are learning to change it. Not having questions, doubts etc would be damn near inhuman!
Well done on deleting the number. Removal of temptation is always useful, and if you are the one doing the removal.... well, who says you aren't getting a handle on things?
I found that learning to flirt without intending to do anything helped. I went out with female friends who knew me well enough to reign me in, and just talked to guys if I fancied it. Then, I walked away. I'm going to paraphrase an old line - going for a burger when you have steak at home is silly, but it doesn't mean you can't read the menu in MacDonalds..... you just realise how much nicer the steak is!
You are trying to change not just one but three areas of your life. This is a big thing, and will take time. Falling off the wagon occasionally is going to happen - just aim for it to be a lipstick you don't need or a bar of chocloate when you're not really hungry rather than the third issue! Stuff will happen. Damage limitation is what will count, and getting back on the wagon will count even more.
Will be around for ongoing moral support and random silly stories.
BBxSome days, it's just not worth chewing through the leather straps....
