Oh, and avoid thetrainline and avoid their fees.

Forget this.. If your ticket includes the underground then just go to Marylebone on the tube and then the train direct to Wembley stadium its a lot closer then both the tube stations and they put on specials which leave every 15 mins for events at wembley stadium and maybe a big night at the arena

Yes but i was looking at the journey th e OP asked for not for what you may want then to think to look for.

As for your last post i mis-read about the wembley trip but we dont know where the wembley end is really do we? or did i miss something? because stadium is closer to a lot more hotels then park or central is

Hi I am hoping to go from Derby to Leeds by train next Friday (18.02.11), leaving around 7.30am, returning around 17.00 on the same day. 2 adult return tickets are needed.
Could anyone help me with codes or any cheap tickets?

Because you want to travel at peak time it's quite expensive, but there is a saving to be had by splitting at Sheffield and using Anytime day Returns;

Derby to Leeds Anytime return £39.50 each

Derby to Sheffield Anytime Day return £18.20
Sheffield to Leeds Anytime Day return (not via Doncaster) £11.40
Total return £29.60 Each

You could make it cheaper by travelling after 09:30 and getting Off Peak day Returns or a mixture of both ie a peak train to Sheffield and then a Off Peak train to Leeds (First one 09:51)
