Yep 'twas me. Apparently finger food is fine if they can sit up.
For tea Jack had a piece of cod poached in milk & herbs which I thickened into a sauce and added baby rice to it, he loved it. The 7 month jars have lumps in (well some of them do!) Jack has developed the gag reflex because he know gags whenever he tried to swallow something without chewing it first.
If he struggles with something then I try it again a week or so later.Health visitor also said today to start giving cows milk on breakfast (she has weeabix or porridge) to make the transition easier to drinking at 12 month.
thats another milk to buy lol, semi skimmed for me, skimmed for OH full fat for DD !!!!!!!!!!
Yep I do this - think I started at 6months. He has cows milk on weetabix and then I add a fromage frais, use it for mash, to poach the fish whatever I need milk for. I've used semi if we'e no full in.
Just set up to sell my phone on one of those recycling sites - £41 :money:
Not bad considering its parp!
Kindof - big hugs hun. You've already had loads of good advice. I make up all the bottles 24 hours in advance, store in the fridge and heat as required.A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea
