    WM, nah you will have made her day :D Haha!

    Ok, 3 things off my list, just hoovering and ironing to do :D

    I've also been doing a lot of thinking, but thats dead boring.

    Anyway... Fairies have - a 3-4 year spiderman swimming costume (T shirt and shorts that are reversable one side blue and red otherside bad spiderman with a hat thing) used for a few weeks on holiday and whenever DS2 found it and wanted to dress up. And some 3-6month jackets for little girls and some plain white baby popper bibs from tesco, can't guarantee they are stain free but have mostly been used for milk feeds, there is about 10 of them.

    Glam, when my fixed rate ended I got a great deal from my current lender even though I wasn't working... Got £1000 cashback too... Took me and Aimee on holiday with it ;)

    I've got a miserable for no reason baby today, Aimee's eaten half a bagel and 1 slice of jam on toast... Hubby spent so long faffing around getting ready for work at 6am this morning he disturbed the baby and she wouldn't go back off, I'm super tired!

    Oh and next door are having a new kitchen off the council, the drilling's getting right on my wick... And also, my kitchen is falling to pieces, I'd love a new one... Nice to know I just have to be a loudmouth, chavtastic, antisocial, rude, sprayed orange bint with foul mouthed ferral urchin children to get a free one off the council...

    Oh no... Hang on...

    <sigh>
    A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
    Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

    I know, starting to feel quite guilty now though. She did also offer to have Alex over night on Sunday too, so I could get some sleep. But my brother and his two girls ages 6 & 8 stay there every weekend. (He is in the Navy and has split from their mum and comes home on weekend leave). Didn't think she should have to cope with a sleepless night after putting up with my nightmare nieces all weekend. But she would have willingly done it without any complaints. .

    I've cleaned the kitchen, done more washing, sterilised bottles, thrown old bottles out, filled 2 bin bags & succeeded in giving my son a rope burn on his head :eek: Stupid straps on the door bouncer :o

    I am dreading remortgaging - our fixed rate ends in June. Apparently as I'm on mat leave they will only take into account my SMP and not my full wage which is 4 times my SMP and also OH is now earning £7k less than when we took mortgage out. :eek:

    might have to sell up & rent again - which might not be a bad thing as I reckon we'd get a decent price for this place plus renting would be cheaper which would be better if OH ends up doing a GTP course!

    What rate do you go onto after the fixed rate ends? Whos your lender? Check your paperwork.
    My fixed 7.9 ended in April and is now 2.09% plus BoE base rate (0.5%). £250 a mth cheaper. The BoS base rate was 5.5% when I got my mortgage.
