Hi Tara, I have the old vesion of this, my only problem with it was getting to the shopping basket. I like it as it lays flat and is easy to fold. Mine was £70 with all the extras but it was the old colours.

Elle, can't believe that GP. Hope you gave him a dirty look and told him people like him are what are lower BFing rates in Britain

EA, you're doing fab, honey. Hope the BFing counsellor helps!

and every other reply I had in my brain has now seeped out...:o

    Sorry big rant coming.
I am in a foul mood today! most likely because i have had 3 1/2 hours sleep! If H is not teething then i don't know what is wrong with him. I ended up downstairs on the sofa while he was in his recliner chair. When hubby woke at 5 to find i wasn't there, he came down and had a go at me. Nice and here i am letting him sleep.

I just went to a lovely mother's day service but as usual with his shcool they are hopeless at seating arrangements. There is way more mothers than room in the tiny dinner hall.

Thankfully i got the last seat on the front as i had H in his sling and if i was on the other rows he would have been squashed up to the chair in front if me. But it really didn't matter if i was on the front as DS1's class were facing the wrong way and i had a nice view of a load of the backs of their heads. I also had play ground carp going on behind me that i could do without. My friends have split up and we have a mutual friend who imforms the wife ( who has been cheating on my friend for years) of everything they were really bashing her ex and my other friends.

Then i nipped to the supermarket which was rammed, there wasn't a space to be had so i waited at the mother and baby spaces for one to become free. When the one right near me became free i put my indicater on and i started to reverse. I had to slam my breaks on as a car went into the space from the other side. I was so  I blasted them with my horn, shouted it was my space she could see i had my indicator on and waited for them to move. But she wouldn't. Cow!

    Well done Kian!!

Elle, I'd send the doctor a letter telling him why you're changing doctors and explaining that he's the reason relatively few women continue BFing in the UK.

Hugs for all poorly babies and mummies :(

Tia, are you around? I just saw a parent-facing three-wheel buggy (think it was a Hauck - German brand) and thought of you.
    (Edit: Hauck roadster! I think)

EA, I'm glad it's going well so far.

    Any news from Poppie?

Our first outing with the sling was a roaring success, although Gymboree a bit less so. I thought it would be ok to give Molly her nap a bit late in favour of the class, but it really made a difference and by the end she was just bawling. So we're signed up for a trial music class an hour earlier next week.

How on earth can they tell you it's about time you stopped BFing??!!! Jumped up little shoites!
Especially when you consider the official advice is to BF at least twelve months and Rhys isn't that old yet.

Conveniently, the GP I'm going to see on Tuesday is a big-wig in the PCT... that'll be interesting then ;)

I've got a parent facing 3 wheel pushchair!

Hi SS, Poppies ok, still struggling to feed, only managed 2 lots of 10mins yesterday but she's getting there. Still no Xrays sent from Bristol so they can't treat the infection yet.
