I'd like a high wage too, but it's not going to fall into my lap so i'll be off to college to start the long process, so that one day i can buy a house etc.
My problem is that i'm limited i can't do anything with shifts (most of the things i'd be interested in would require this) because i don't have an OH at home to look after the kids. If i did i'd be making the most of it though!
(I'm not complaining tho, it was my (maybe misguided, at age 17) choice to have kids:whistle:)0 -

Sorry!
Realised it wasn't really needed or helpful, but I was a bit slow to trim. Sorry.
I do feel good about the NHS care we get though, even my OH who is of course not a UK citizen and whose personal tax contributions to the country have been pretty small - I know our taxes go on a great many other things too but healthcare is one of the ones that feels really valuable on a personal level sometimes.
Sorry, it wasn't healthcare related. Or even tax related. I was going to object to your first sentence about TC. It's not really that that !!!!ed me off about what SM said. Any time salarys/houses/cars are mentioned theres always a comment about *wishing* or *dreaming* about having it.
I didn't wish or dream for what I have, I worked for it. I'm sick of feeling like I have to justify it.
Theres a can of worms MFD
Anyway !!!! this !!!!! I'm away to bed0 -

But sometimes I really wish I had a Mummy!!!When bad things happen I have no-one to tell, and I need hugs too. Always wanted a Daddy too.

I'm just off to bed so I'll catch up with you in the morning for times and stuff for tomorrow.
Is your sig up to date, is H only 16lbs still???
Actually I got her weighed 2 weeks ago and she had dropped to 15lb 15oz but that was the week after her teeth came in and she had diarrhoea for 2 days. Didn't go last week as hubby bumped her head twice so was covering up (that's a joke btw, I was just too busy (although he did bang her head))!. Will try and go this Wed.
Speak to you in the morning. Have a think about where is best to park/meet and what time suits then. Night. x0 -
