I'm quite glad in a way Bruno that you edited your post as I was dithering whether to open a whole new can of worms by commenting on it!

Sorry! :o Realised it wasn't really needed or helpful, but I was a bit slow to trim. Sorry.

I do feel good about the NHS care we get though, even my OH who is of course not a UK citizen and whose personal tax contributions to the country have been pretty small - I know our taxes go on a great many other things too but healthcare is one of the ones that feels really valuable on a personal level sometimes.

Aaah, I was wondering what GISI was agreeing to!! I must have missed it.

Lovely pic of Molly, SS and well done to Mr SS.
GISI - well done to Henry for rolling, clever boy.
MFD - good news on the job front for the time being.
Pinknico - is your H a bigger version of my little H? If so, good taste! :D

Had visitors in tonight so now making soup for OH's lunch and got bottles to make. Be back in 10 mins!

I'm just off to bed so I'll catch up with you in the morning for times and stuff for tomorrow.
Is your sig up to date, is H only 16lbs still???

Did you call TC Sami? I did skim back but couldn't see :o

Well done on the job MFD :j:j:beer:

Well done to SS hubby :j:j

I probably won't even renew TC this year, they make you jump through hoops and I always fret that they have got it wrong. Paying back that 2 and a half k was a sickener!! I know I was in the right though, but hey ho, teaches you a lesson not to believe them :rotfl:If we weren't claiming the measly 10 quid a week, would Idris' tax allowance not be down £333 a year? Because if so, then I'll just be chucking forms in the bin, as it works out the same give or take a hundred quid, and for 2 hundred quid a year I'd gladly be shot of them losers!!

I'm just looking at pictures of Brad Pitt and the girl twin, I think her name is Vivian? Anyway, those two should be tarred and feathered for child cruelty - not only does that year old baby have hoop earrings, she has a MULLET.

Some people just don't know where to stop.

And with an all-new can of worms opened I am off to bed ;)

Having spent an evening talking to an intensive care nurse in an american hospital recently (prob not too far from your dear wife's folks) I am more than grateful for the national health service. Our little family has had quite a bit out of them recently so at least I am getting my money's worth.

And I pay shedloads of tax!!!

Tara, before you go, how was it spending time with your mum ??

Carpy! Didn't even speak to the kids! :( I can't even look her in the eye. She did take a picture of Maddy but then walked away!
Too many children, too little time!!!

Yup - 3 months, maybe 6 if they still haven't got their act together to award a contract (it has only been 9 months so far to be fair *rolleyes*)

Means another move of office but only upstairs this time.

Any news on another course for you?

Oh thats great news !! Hopefully they will get their act together soon then !!

Yeah, think I might be in Gatwick this Sunday till next Friday so long as the airports stay open. Got shouted at by several customers today when I had to phone them to tell them I might not be here next week for their appointments and would this week suit instead or wait a week !! Stupid customers !!
