i think it's hard because u have to imagine what if u were the victim's mother? But what if u were the killer's mother?? That's much harder but u can see how the law has to be fair to both sides. Thehard part is distinguishing between "just a child" and someone who can be seen as fully responsible for their actions. That turning pt is different for every kid...
A schoolfriend of mine is in prison on child pornography charges. I know his mother and can't imagine how she must feel.jillie1974 wrote: »totally agree.
we dont know why he's back in prison anyway, its allspeculation as no details have been released.
unless he's changed his accent, i'm sure there will be people who now think that he's in prison with them. dont think i;d like to be a late 20's male just in prison this week. and he's never been in an adult priosn before he may realise how lucky he was to be given new identity etc
The BBC says the Scum says that it's a serious sexual assault. I'm wondering what effect all the speculation will have on his trial - rape conviction rates are incredibly low but I wonder if they'll jump from people knowing about the case and wondering if this 20-something man is that man.

oh and speaking of tax, My sis is now having to go through a right rigmarall (sp?) because the dunce she spoke to to register her SE put her down as starting in 2008 not 2009 so she's been sent a £100 fine and etc and told she has to fill in the tax return regardless because they can't just change it to the correct info *big rolling of eyes*0
