Well remembered! Not sure I'd get enough use out the L&G to buy it now???
Everything just clicked at once for Kieren a few days after the teeth came. Obviously they were taking all his concentration!
Hes totally changed overnight into a wee scamp!!!
But I bet on Saturday he'll be good as gold and sleep in his pram the full time lol
Holly has definitely had a burst of hyperactivity since her teeth came in - although it's mainly been with her chattering. She has barely had time for breath since! Yesterday she was being extra wriggly and arching her back loads and stuff so it's just a matter of time. She has been grabbing on to the toys in her playgym and using them to pull herself into a different position.
H will be the same though on Sat. Stunned into silence by all the new faces. I hope Scruffy is ok and can still make it.My_Fathers_Daughter wrote: »The babies are about a year apart though!
I really struggle when anybody changes avvy, takes me ages to get used to it (and then they change again LOL).
I know they are about a year apart, but V has managed to retain her youthful looks! I wish I could. Enjoy your lunch out today. I am trying to cut down lunches out to once a week as I am a big fat heffer and skint now that SMP has started!!
I must fill in my tax credits form today.

Csh - There are a couple of L&G Activity Centres on my local Netmums for £40. If you are interested, I could check them out. Tempted myself, but hubby would probably kill me as we have no room left. We have the playgym, Jumperoo, highchair, Vtech walker, toybox, cradle swing and bouncy chair in the living room. No wonder there is no room for me to do the Wii Fit!
Off for a shower now. x0 -
csh, I was going to suggest a little paddling pool, but got distracted by eBay!
Omg, somehow I have managed to lose 2lb.....no idea how, well I have been trying to eat a bit more healthily, although i have still eaten a fair amount of junk food? It's not as if I don't need to lose weight, but I am definitely not 'trying' too.Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,

I don't know what I'm looking for wahhhhhh! Think I'd want more inflatableness?
I'm wanting a second to put the kettle on or answer the door without him hanging upside down out of something down I come back lol0 -
I Pm'd Beenie last night as I noticed she is "missing". She is feeling a little down

I need ideas at the moment K has a bouncy chair that hes about outgrown so almost redundant, and a sit me up cosy from the ELC that he likes to hang his head upside down til it touches the foor so looking like thats heading for the attic too.
He has a blanket that he plays on the floor on and a door bouncer, his walker and a baby gym thing he still likes but I'm looking for something he can sit in contained(!) with his toys thats not a travel cot. At the moment I can't even nip out of the room without him getting into bother!
I was thinking mabe a ball pit or something? What do other people have?[/QUOTE]
A baby who gets into bother the minute I leave the room!!
I went through this process and then decided that anything I bought wasn't going to contain him for long (he is most defintely a free-range baby!) so why waste my money?
If I really need him to be contained for a few mins I stick him in his highchair (in front of CBeebies if needs be
), most of the time I let him roam free and don't leave him for long!!I don't know what I'm looking for wahhhhhh! Think I'd want more inflatableness?

My CM has a paddling pool which she fills with balls - but that will only keep a baby contained until they start crawling?
The only way to contain them is a baby cage
please listen to MFD - she is a wise woman
Proud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -
I also have a free-range baby (to a point) I basically put baby gates on the kitchen door and stairs and a fire guard on the fire, there is nothing he can hurt himself on with the fire but I can't be bothered with the mess of coals being pulled all over the place;) There is nothing low down that I don't want him to have.....the only thing left to do is put some door locks on the dvd cabinet. He just roams around the living room/playroom/hallway and as MFD says, i just don't really leave him for long.
Could you baby proof the living room and just let him roam free...
Right must go and p in a pot then off to appt....see you soon xxUnless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,

Agree in principle with free range baby but hes only six months and I do sometimes need to use the toilet and whatever!
I don't trust him unattended in the highchair either.
Just would rather not have a baby cage from so young but will prob get one eventually!
Just having one of those 'I need a minute to myself' days. I'm only on here cos DD is off school and rolling about the floor with him!0 -
She's asleep now...

I went back about a fortnight on Netmums and found one for £40 in my town that is still for sale so I've mailed to see if she'll take less
