oh bum - just picked up a pram from a Freecycle giver and put it up and tried to work out how to get it up and down, worked fine the first time, second time something pinged off it and it's one of the bits that makes it lock so that's the end of that - it's a fairly old one so no chance of getting the part for it... oh well it would have been good had it worked

I am expecting my third, in November, but I am still waiting for my MW appointment and scan. The postman seems to be avoiding my house !!!!

Snap! I'm expecting my third in November too! I am lucky and have my first scan on Monday. I cannot wait. I hope you get yours soon.

Does anybody have any great ideas about how to stop morning sickness? I never had it this bad the other times, but I have been sick a few times now, and am constantly feeling terrible and nauseous. My skin looks grey and I'm finding it difficult to get out of bed in the morning!
I've tried ginger biscuits, ginger tea, nibbling on breadsticks and dry toast. It seems to be getting worse as the weeks go on. I am 10 weeks now so I am hoping it will stop soon, but every day seems to last a week because I just feel so awful.
    Can anyone please help me?!?
Proud to be dealing with my debts

What was the labour like?

had gas and air and a pethidine shot and was in established labour for 7.5 hours..all a bit of a blur really..when you look in the fish tank and see your baby its like nothing on earth..
labour kinda dissapears..until you start to peice bits and pieces together..
You will be just fine..is there anything in paticular you are worried about..?

Does anybody have any great ideas about how to stop morning sickness?

I would say my MS is pretty much the same this time round as the last two times, although I do swear otherwise when my head is down the toilet bowl. I do seam to be less nausea and more physcially throwing up this time round though, and I know that this sounds worse, but I actually think it is better than have that nausea feeling all the time.

My advise would be to eat little and often (or all day long). What you have mentioned about the dry stuff sounds good too, but some people swear by sea sickness bands, and although I really don't know what these are, it may be a problem wearing these because you can't hide them under your sleeve in hot weather.

Fingers crossed that the MS will end by the end of the the first trimester, which I have earmarked for being at the end of this month, although I am still waiting for my bloody dates to be confirmed (via scan).

By the way, do you already have two of the same sex children, and could the MS be worse because this time you are expecting the other sex ?
