    Hot water vibes for soappie.

Made my bed (to air) and flung open the window to get rid of germies, folded the throw on the settee and moved last nights cups in the LR and flung that window open, put my washing on, opened the DR window and made a brew, now I need a rest and blow my nose... yak!

Rach not many people seem to stay indoors when they're poorly nowadays *shrugs* it goes against the grain for me to spread my germs, I stay in as much as poss. I've got the whole weekend off and I'm gonna be holed up in here, typical lol on the positives, at least I'll not be spending any money :D

    Morning!!

Haven't been on here for a while, my cold is really taking its toll, i start say washing up then end up coughing my guts up. So haven't the other rooms yet. So will be flying this weekend instead.

Went and picked an electric oven, gas hob and extractor last night:D, so will be cleaning that up today as well. Good old freecycle :money:.

Just having a cuppa then will start flying.

    Hey hunny :)
I'm exactly the same as you but I'm determined to make some difference in my house - albeit very slowly, lol! I just think I'll do as much as possible but every little thing I do helps even in a small way :) There's fantastic support on here so we're not alone love x

I only completed Dishes, cooking tea and collecting books last night but I cooked spaghetti bolognaise from scratch last night and it was delicious so was really pleased with that :) (it was soooo easy too)! And had good sales from my book collection so happy with that too :)

My list today is looooong but I will get done as much as I can :)

    List
    Dishes,(again)! (I'm sure I have a dish lepracaun in my house,lol)!
    De-clutter living room
    Polish living room
    Hoover living room
    De-clutter back room
Sort trolley out - will be easier for collecting books ;)
    Feed animals
    Wash clothes
    Dry clothes
    Iron clothes
    Shower and dress
    Pop to library
    Sort books
    Collect outstanding books
    Sort more books
    Deliver books
    Feed the gang!
    Walk dogs
Relax and pamper - hmm, think I might spend 20 mins filing and polishing my nails :)

    Extras
    Online shopping
    Sort that blinkin fridge out!!

Well it looks like I need lots of luck for this list or just shake my booty and get on with it,lol!
    Sorry for huge post!

    Jenny :)
I'm trying to get on board with flylady, but finding it difficult to maintain the momentum... I have been decluttering for most of last year, a control journal and can usually stick to the cleaning for about a fortnight, and then suddenly I think, oh well, my house looks fine, it won't matter if I miss a day... and then suddenly it's back to [STRIKE]normal[/STRIKE] being completely messy...

Does anyone have any tips to sticking with it and not backsliding? How did you get past the idea of cleaning when it looks clean?!

    Any tips gratefully received!

I've been MIA all week too - feel low, low energy, eyes covered in eczema again and burning away.

Bedding in the WM and the washing is about the only thing I have kept up with this week

I think I'll complete the bedroom list while waiting for Sat Kitchen to start at 10am and then come down to do the LR list.
