Oh yeah, definitely if people come across them, then it's good to do that, I thought you meant go through them all and expire them. I'm confused, I still have all the pages of them here, they start at around page 190 and end around page 236 or thereabouts in thread view *confused*0 -

maybe we have different settings? i think you can choose how many threads you have per page. oh well, doesn't really matter i guess, hope they get moved soon though otherwise i know we will have people bumping them to say that they have expired2008: £783.12 - 2009: £6,401.15 - 2010: £4,230.61 - 2011: £8720 - 2012: £2,041.89

Good luck to your daughter - that's great that she has put so much thought into this and has your support, hope she wins!
I always think handwritten work looks best on unlined paper. What I do is place a sheet of lined paper under a sheet of unlined paper - you can usually see through to the lines underneath if you use one that's quite heavily/darkly lined) - and write on the lines that show through. I would use whatever size paper is most appropriate to the amount of text (ie. don't use A4 if it's only a short paragraph and there would be lots of white space left) but make sure to leave good margins on left and right (you can rule these margins on the under sheet too).

Ooh thanks, I'll have to check that, I'd love to have more threads per page, it's easier on slow connections because I don't need to open as many pages, I already have the maximum 40 posts per page.
I think it was with the forum update, I noticed that I can't snaplinks as many pages open now, because the format of the page numbers has changed, it used to have 10 consecutive pages, so you could open them and have 11 consecutive pages open at once (including the one you opened the others from). Does anyone know if you can change the settings for that to put it back to how it was before? I've had a bit of a nosy before, but couldn't see anything, I think I might have looked in the wrong place?0 -

Thank you, I'm on the old style, sorry, I didn't explain that very well
What I meant was, you know where the page numbers are listed? It used to say something like 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 21, etc etc, and now it says 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 11, 51, 101, so it takes longer to open up more pages, you have to open up the first 5 and then go to the end tab of those ones and open up the rest from there and so on.
It's only a minor niggle, so if I can't change it back then it's fine, but I just preferred it the way it was before and if it's possible I'd change it back
I'll have a nosy around the options later on!

where the page numbers are click on the downward arrow and enter a page number enter 5 and it will display 1-9 enter 10 and it will display 6-14 etc

I am new to this and just finding links to the different threads. I have just entered a load of puzzler competitions from the puzzler thread and some of the TAB puzzles. Is there links for the weekly mags like TAB and Thats life etc?? If so where would I find them?
