Received my sim on Wednesday but am being billed from Saturday! Have emailed complaining, not had a response yet, only an automated email saying they have had a lot of emails due to the weather and will reply within 72 hours!!! Strange!
Anyone know how the bolt on for unlimited landline calls works? Have looked through the terms and conditions but can't find much except which prefix numbers it is relative to. Am bit wary in case there are any clauses and I end being charged, Virgin has this deal on landline phones but it isn't unlimited you can only talk for an hour before being charged, so was wondering whether there was something similar with the O2 deal. Surely you can't talk for however long you like! Sounds too good to be true!0 -
Forgot to say Quidco didn't track either!0

I got the same unfair charge when I had not even received the sim.
But I have another O2 sim deal, so I rang them on that phone, and they agreed to credit back the unused 4 days that I was billed for.
So don't panic.
Just wondering why my quidco has not tracked yet.Karma is a wonderful thing.0 -

I couldn't believe it either until I checked in HUKD.The atmosphere is currently filled with hypocrisy so thick that it could be sliced, wrapped, and sold in supermarkets for a decent price and labeled, 'Wholegrain Left-Wing, Middle-Class, Politically-Correct Organic Hypocrisy'.0 -
I took the 'unlimited landlines' option.
Does anyone know whether landline calls still come out of the 300 minute allowance until it's used up?0 -
Dont forget quidco!0

Sorry to bump an old thread but my Quidco hasn't tracked on this and I am only just allowed to do an earnings enquiry. However, they are only showing £100 for a 12 month contract SIM Only (£20+ tariffs). What should I do. Thanks.
Oh, and I've also only just been paid out my £100 from the August offer but at least I've got it!0 -
Mine tracked at £25 and has just been validated at £50. Has anyone got the £100 ? I was going to chance an enquiry as there was still text up stating £100 quidco when I ordered but i can't see any way of doing this the way it operates ?0

If you know someone with a "open" discount card you get £100 placed directly in your O2 account and a free phone, i got 3 contracts and the £100 was showing in the accounts the following day you only have to pay in the last 2 months as long as you stay in your calling limits.
