Same here, not had any confirmation of order, but got home and had an email saying my bill is ready!! Think this is ok though, I can remember this happened before a few years ago when I set up a contract with them. Not had any tracking information from Quidco yet, how long does this normally take to appear?
It should track within 2 days.0 -

Mines not tracked nor have I had a bill but I've had confirmation of order and despatch emails. I'm also still waiting to be paid the £100 from August through Quidco.0 -

Don't panic about that - I've just been reading it myself and there may be one or two issues around it that's all.
I also believe that there may be a way to ensure that the billing for the SIM starts from the day you receive it rather than when O2 first billed you (I was billed on Saturday I think, rather than today when I actually got the SIM). I'm still looking for that bit.
I emailed o2 about having to pay the first bill from the date purchased on Fri as it didn't seem fair. I purchased the SIM using Top Cashback on the 19th and received sim on 26th. Customer services replied back the next day apologising and will credit me £9 back for 'the number of days you were without our service'.
Just call up CS or email them and I'm sure something can be done about. I know another member who emailed as well and got £10 as a gesture of goodwill, with 64p refunded (something to do with VAT costs). Guess it's luck who you get responding!0 -
I have been charged from the 28th, dont know my number, not rcvd the sim yet?? Beyond belief.......SIMPLES!0

Apparently the early charging is standard but is quite easily set back to the correct day/date - I just haven't found it yet.
I'm more concerned by the comments about porting a number across using CS and losing one's Quidco. There are confusing comments about that so I'm re-reading it all.
If anyone else knows please do post on it.The atmosphere is currently filled with hypocrisy so thick that it could be sliced, wrapped, and sold in supermarkets for a decent price and labeled, 'Wholegrain Left-Wing, Middle-Class, Politically-Correct Organic Hypocrisy'.0 -

I ported my number online and although I haven't been paid out yet from August the amount is validated. It just keeps moving dates as to when it will be paid out and I can't see when it's due now on the new Quidco site, although that could be me missing it. However, for me the Quidco money is a bonus and I didn't get the Sim purely for that.0 -
it's defo not simplicity, i cancelled two orders after a week, was only going to cancel 1 but customer service is rubbish so cancelled both, was told they were cancelled but a week later they took over £30 out of my account, phoned to complain and was told i would get a refund within a week ha ha emailed a complaint about it and got a e-mail apologising about the trouble canceling one account and i would get £15 pounds refunded within 10 days !!!!!!, so O2 simplicity ha ha ha customer service even bigger joke no-one wants to deal with ou get passed to about 6 different departments. rant over. There are no such things as stangers, only friends that are yet to meet:A0
