    Offer has now been reduced to £25 cash back. I signed up on the 27th Feb when it was still £50 but have just checked and its being tracked at £25. Anyone else had this?

    If you read back through the thread - several of s have queried it tracking at £25 to be assured that it will upgrade to the correct amount on validation :beer: With 02 though, it does take a couple of months to validate but payment is usually recieved in the same month.

    I ordered a simplicity 12 month sim card on saturday via Quidco. Not had a confirmation email from O2 at all, has anyone else had confirmation from O2, normally they come through instantly to confirm your order?

    I had one email from O2 for my own account, but nothing for one of the others on my account

    Just checked the accounts via O2 and all already up and running on the new tariffs

    Nothing tracking yet on Quidico, not quite 24hrs yet though

    I ordered mine late Sunday afternoon and got a text this morning at 9 am to say it had been despatched.

    Got my SIM this morning. Have yet to set it up. Anyone porting a number across - and using Quidco - should read the thread on HUKD to minimise the chances of losing your cashback. It's on the later pages - 50+ I think.

    Don't panic about that - I've just been reading it myself and there may be one or two issues around it that's all.

    I also believe that there may be a way to ensure that the billing for the SIM starts from the day you receive it rather than when O2 first billed you (I was billed on Saturday I think, rather than today when I actually got the SIM). I'm still looking for that bit.
    The atmosphere is currently filled with hypocrisy so thick that it could be sliced, wrapped, and sold in supermarkets for a decent price and labeled, 'Wholegrain Left-Wing, Middle-Class, Politically-Correct Organic Hypocrisy'.

    Same here, not had any confirmation of order, but got home and had an email saying my bill is ready!! Think this is ok though, I can remember this happened before a few years ago when I set up a contract with them. Not had any tracking information from Quidco yet, how long does this normally take to appear?
