Only if they are good looking :rotfl:.0 -
Call the retentions department tomorrow (dial 202 and follow instructions for leaving O2) and I'm sure they'll let you keep you on your current tariff with an upgrade. I called today and managed to switch from a previous tariff to another previous tariff. (I tried yesterday without success so I had to call again today).
Couldn't get through on the phone today - tried twice and each time got cut off after about 45 mins on hold. Went into carphone warehouse and they said they couldn't upgrade on an old tariff. Went into the O2 shop next door and they upgraded me to a 3gs no problem on my existing tariff :j0 -
Yet another reason I am porting over to T-Mobile from O2 then, poor customer service.
I was advised TWICE that Video Calling still comes out of your minutes and this is a service I still use at times.
I expect once the iPhone gets Video Chat everyone will go nuts over it.0 -

Do t-mobile have free video calls? I am on t-mobile and don't think its free.
Plus t-mobile charge for voicemail.
Three have tariffs with specific number of voice call minutes and as far as I understood - its always separate to the standard minutes allowance.0 -
Its 15ppm on T-Mobile.
3 is the only one left to be honest I think that do offer video calling minutes.Work like you don't need money,Love like you've never been hurt,And dance like no one's watchingSave the cheerleader, save the world!0 -
And there was me looking to O2 another chance to keep me having be offered rubbish deals for the 9700 (now the deals are even worse).
I think going to phone retentions in the morning as I want to upgrade my 30 day rolling simplicity to the old 1600mins 12 month one. If they arent willing to play ball then I dont really want to stay with O2 anymore.
What makes it worse I was meant to upgrade the other day but have been busy - damm you O2 :mad:0 -
will they offer the old deals to us/existing customers? i doubt it to be honest0

Ha, well that solved it. Customer services said they could see no options on screen to let me upgrade to one of the old tariffs but retentions let me do it after the advisor spoke to the manager.
