    Hi Emmzi,
Know how you feel! It's a !!!!!! to have to do any jumping in this weather, never mind through hoops!!! Have a glum day, allow yourself to wallow, and then tomorrow, you'll hopefully have it out of your system. I was out at the theatre last week to see that puppet show Avenue Q (for work so tax deductable!!!) - I'd been feeling so down, and there was this song, all about how sh*tty things can be some times, and how no matter how bad it gets, IT'S JUST FOR NOW. I'd been feeling like you, and this totally made me feel better - it's just a case of gritting your teeth and weathering the storm, and you WILL come out the other side hon. Lots of love.xxx

i love how songs can do that! a few weeks ago i was having a really down time about my love life (or lack of), i went to the gym then over the road to the cinema and the only thing starting soon was curious george, so i thought what the heck and went in. the minute that movie started and jack johnson started warbling 'upside down' a smile started on my face and alsted for days. it's such a positive smiley song, go download it folks!

I am FED UP of being cheerful and perky and jumping through the hoops every time.

Emmzi, I know just how you feel. I'm angry all the time at the moment at various things, but "have to" remain cheerful and perky just like you instead of tearing up the place like I want to! I hope your London trip went well and you're managing to feel a bit better today.

Sending good vibes that you get the job you want.
