Oh dear that's horrid!! Maybe the people in group have a lot to do with it too. Our consultant goes round everyone, mentions weight lost/gained and then asks if its a loss what we've done differently, any tips etc, or if it's a gain did we expect it and if not, tries to find ways herself, and asks all of us to suggest ways to help that person. It's more about what you've done that week than the weight loss/gain. You can do the plan purely online, maybe that would be better for you? I have no idea what it's like though, but alot of people on the 'proper' SW thread on here do it that way.

I don't think anything ill intentioned was meant by it, its just the format. Like I said I know someone else who hates this too, for this same reason.
I wonder how many would rather a more general & less personal class?

Been shopping today and spent a small fortune. Most of it on not bad stuff though! Will be having my a portion of cheese for dinner though.

Did the 26 km race yesterday though, so feel like I need some treats! Might go and have my second hot bath of the day...

Hi everybody! Thought I'd drop into this thread :)

I rejoined SW 3 weeks ago (have tried 3 times before but the last 2 consultants weren't 'right' for me so I didn't stick to it :o) I have lost 5.5Ib so far, and weigh in is Thursday for me and hoping for 1.5Ib off this week to get my half stone sticker, even though I was slightly bad at the weekend :0

I've been really enjoying the new Extra Easy way as it is more flexible than Green/Original. Finally I can have Spaghetti bolognese without weighing everything, or Chilli without counting my kidney beans as a healthy extra! :rotfl:

This is what I ate today:
    Brunch:
    2x mini wholemeal sub rolls(B)
    Bacon (Free)
    Homemade salsa(free)
    Dinner:
    Homemade Chilli (free)
    Homemade salsa (free)
    Quark (free)
    Potato wedges (free)
    28g cheese (A)
(quark and salsa for dipping my cheesy potato wedges in. Yum!)
    Snacks/Drinks:
    Diet Coke.
    Toffee flavour Mullerlight(free)
    Apple(free)
Cherry and dark chocolate mullerlight (2syns)
    Options hot choc (2syns)
Total Syns for the day: 4
    :D
