    yaheee another one i'm always naughty and weigh my self on the day, i have lost another 2lb which will mean only 3lbs to go before i've lost a stone!

    so its very do- able!!!

    oh and did you know that mug shots are free syns from syns! which is amazing! they are also rather good for a snack :)

    Mug shots seem to have disappeared from my supermarkets- have tried Morrisons and Tesco! :(

    No Asda near me either!

    yea i got them in asda never heard of them until my leader said about them one week and they were 5 for £2 at asda can you not do online shopping with asda ?

    just back from slimming world lost 2 and a half pounds :) so only 3lbs to go and i've lost my first stone.

    have to admit i am rather disapointed i thought i would notice it more than i have but only a stone and a half to go then i should be a size 12!

    i cant not wait for the day to be able to buy size 12 clothes again.
