I was surprised it only allows you 100ml of OJ, wasn't really surprised by cereal but it's all I had (packet now finished and will be for a treat only).
Hi! just some ideas of where you can tweek things and use heathy extras perhaps and save some syns!
What you have done above looks like a 'Green' day to me so here is a 'makeover' of that menu.
Free food:
Rice Noodles, Medium, dried Vegetables, Mustard & cress Vegetables, Cabbage, red, raw/cooked without fat carrots cucumber lettuce tomatoes tuna apples low calorie squash low calorie squash Fresh orange chunks (instead of orange juice)
Healthy Extras:
A:250ml sweetened calcium-enriched soya milk
A:250ml sweetened calcium-enriched soya milk (have extra milk to have in tea or just to drink...or cheese
B: 28g cereal/42g other cereal (check your book to see what you can have and what you like)
B: Hifi Bar (you get these from class. £1.35 for 3 bars. I particularly like chocolate orange)
Syns:
WW Crinkle Crisps, Sweet Chilli 4 syns
Reduced Fat salad cream- 1tbsp 1.5 syns
Total syns: 5.5 syns
Just a few ideas of things you could do. it may take a week or so to get your head around the eating plan. You'll get there!
ps. Orange juice is high in syns as you can drink a whole lot more orange juice than you can eat oranges. So you could swap having a glass of orange juice in the morning for actually eating an orange (or two) and that will be syn free.
Good luck for the rest of the week0 -
You'll just have to smash it next week Laura! I lost 2.5 last night (although I may have been a bit dehydrated), which is MASSIVE for me. Normally 1 is a good loss. Took me to 6.5 lb. Was desperately working out if I was on the half stone, but no, so close, like you!
Difficult weekend coming up, but will try to be good!0 -

thought i'd pop the super soup back up as it really speeds your weight loss up
Speed food Soup (syn free on Green and EE)
1 can mixed bean salad
1 can green lentils
2 cans chopped tomatoes
1 can bake beans
Handful of split lentils
2 large leeks
1 large onion
4 medium carrots
2 parsnips
1 each green, red and yellow peppers
2 vegetable stock cubes
Salt pepper
Mixed herbs
Water (enough to cover all ingredients)
Chop all vegetables. Put them and everything else into a large pan, cover with water, bring to boil and simmer until vegetables are soft (about 30 mins). Once cooked, the soup can be left chunky or blended smooth.
