I joined Slimming world on Tuesday and i am so shocked about how much i can eat!
I am still adjusting to not counting calories and have not always had my healthy extras all week but i am sure i will get the jist of it soon
I feel i have so much more energy already :jwould love to win an ipad!

Hi! just some ideas of where you can tweek things and use heathy extras perhaps and save some syns!
What you have done above looks like a 'Green' day to me so here is a 'makeover' of that menu.
Just a few ideas of things you could do. it may take a week or so to get your head around the eating plan. You'll get there!
ps. Orange juice is high in syns as you can drink a whole lot more orange juice than you can eat oranges. So you could swap having a glass of orange juice in the morning for actually eating an orange (or two) and that will be syn free.

Oh I was aiming for Extra Easy, so what makes it suit a green more? I really should switch to an orange rather than OJ. It's just hard because I can't cut one up myself and sometimes I'm the only one up in the morning. Don't think I can eat hi-fi bars - I'm gluten intolerant.

its fine to have chocolate as long as you include it in your syns.
i really recommend buying the cook books if you can my ones are a tab used now and i've had them 3 weeks.
i always have chocolate everyday even if its only a pack of buttons as it is 4 syns a pack of mini ones if you refuse yourself your setting yourself to fail.
i'm doing extra easy and today i have had
breakfast - a youghut and banana
luch - quorn chicken strips, egg and 3 slices of ww bread and choco buttons - 4 syns.
dinner - pea and ham soup
drink - apple juice - 4 syns
so total of 8 syns
you will get the hang of things honestx

I have fallen off the wagon today
I met a friend today that I haven't seen for aaages (try Oct 08!) and we had a few drinks, and a few nibbles and then I had a few more drinks
Oh well, back on board tomorrow!

Had another weigh in tonight and lost another 2lb bringing my total upto 9lbs in 2 weeks. Had a bit of a wobble earlier as id weighed myself this morning and it said id maintained so ive not been happy all day. Gonna treat myself to a cook book next week.March 2014 Grocery challenge £250.000

if my scales are right i have only lost half a pound this week but i have til wednesday to sort it out!
think i shall find a old meal plan i wrote in week one and just do that again.

ive been sticking to extra easy
for brekkie ive been having either 2 weetabix or yoghurt and a banana, sometimes porridge
for lunch ive either been makig salads (tuna my fave right now), scrambled eggs, fat free super noodle to go, omlette, i try to stick to free things then plenty of fruit, yoghurt and maybe a cereal bar. i find im alot better at sticking to it when im at work.
Dinners have been jacket pots with beans or chilli, spag bol, fish (no batter) with sw chips with either beans or mushy peas, curry and rice, tuna pasta bake, spicy chicken pasta or good old beans on toast. i always try to have a side salad or a big pile of veg.
For a treat i have either a milky way (3 1/2 syns), horlicks or if ive been really good a cadburys creme egg.March 2014 Grocery challenge £250.000 -

I just want to check - if I have rice (unmeasured) and chicken for my lunch - that is free isnt it? Ive had it with beetroot and tomoatos. It just seems odd and im worried im doing it wrong! (extra easy):heart2: Got Married on 30/4/11 :heart2:
