Had my fisrt weigh in last night and 2.5lb off, i was so dissapointed as all other first weekers had at least 5lboff. however i didnt start till last Thursday so was not a full week and i have already recently lost just over a stone so putting it down to that. if i can maintain 2lb a week i will be happy :)
I had also lost a bit of weight before starting and my first week was 3Ib rather than the big losses other people got but just think-theirs will have been mostly water weight and ours will have been mostly fat so :j

Loosing 1/2 a stone a month is I think a nice steady achievable weight loss (although I missed it by 1/2Ib last month)(I'm really bitter about that 1/2Ib. can anyone tell? :rotfl:)

oooh, new mag? I'll get that tonight. i try to make at least one recipe out of each magazine. Last recipe from the magazine was the 'Breakfast Tray Bake' (free on extra easy) and it was Yum :p In fact, I made it twice :p:p
  • Please could someone help me. My dad is coming over next week for his suit fitting and I thought I'd do him breakfast. He is a Slimmerworlder.
What can he have of a cooked breakfast? Is there a special way to do it? I can george foreman the meat if needs be. And I'll be telling him to be on a red day! (Oh and no dairy allowed if that's in a SW breakfast.)
    Thanks :-) xxxx

A good SW cooked breakfast= Original Day:
Lots of bacon (fat removed) grilled or fried with Fry Light spray oil
Fried eggs (fried using fryl light again)
    Fried/Grilled Mushrooms
Fried/Grilled Tomatoes (or tinned tomatoes. I like tinned :p)

Or if on extra easy you can have fried potatoes too (all using fry light) and it will all be FREE (no syns :) )

Or in current SW mag in shop there is a recipe for breakfast tray bake which (as I said earlier) is yum and free on extra easy! :)

Sausages are about 6 syns EACH depending on the type. :o Higher meat content and less fat sausages are better.

My consultant didn't have the new magazine as they didn't send here enough :( I have to wait until next week. Boooo!

Anyhoo, I lost my 0.5Ib, but that is all. Glad I finally have my 1/2 stone sticker but wish it had been a bit more.. but if I'm honest I probably didn't deserve any more. I was quite bad last week :o

My mission for next week- less alcohol at the weekend and do some exercise!
