Do any of you do the 105 syns in a week method? I have a night out on Saturday and our Engagement meal on Sunday so don't want to miss out but don't want to blow it either.No longer using this account for new posts from 20130

oopz thats me over my syns in take kinda just ate two flakes without even realising so am now going on the biggest loser for 1 hour and burn it off!0 -

just had an apple
lunch is rice, baked beans, and salad - very strange combo today!
dinner is SW lasagne - im attempting it for the 1st time!
snack later - muller light.

I do this sometimes, SW used to encorage it but not so much now as it doesn't work for some people. I find it works for me though as I enjoy going a bit crazy at the weekends and being strict the rest of the week, having say 5 syns a day the rest of the time. try it and see how it works for you, but as I said some people find it doesn't as it leads to a slippery slope of being bad all week, it depends if you can get yourself back on track afterwards.Joined Slimming World 19th May 2009

its more fun than wii fit plus but i dont like the weigh that it doesn't change my weight or celebrate that i've lost weight like the wii fit plus game.
but i do like the fact that i am working out more and was out of breath last night after 12 minutes whilst it takes me a hour to do so on the wii fit so yea try it!
