I have to disagree MrsE, whilst I've never been to WW so couldn't comment on that, at SW when I'm struggling I like it as our consultant comes up with ideas, and then asks everyone else in the group to help. I have to say though I have had bad consultants in the past that have done nothing to help and they are useless, but a good consultant will help think of ways to get you out of a rut. But everyone suits different sorts of diets and SW works great for me.

I have had my second weigh in with SW. Lost 8.5lbs this week so total weight loss in 2 weeks is 16lbs....... I can feel my clothes are much looser and I think I've got my head around it now!

Problem is, my dress is ordered.........
2012 wins: Panasonic home phone, Panasonic mobile phone, maple syrup and cookbook, £50 experience voucher, book, craft stuff, holiday in Ibiza, Dr Who Figures and 2 cinema tickets, bottle of Gin, 2X DVDs, Ipod touch, Moshi Monsters cay, Lipstick, Relaxation CD, £500 voucher for birdwatching holiday

Fingers crossed for an ITV win :D

Have to say I agree I loved the diet it totally worked/works for me :T:T

But the image therapy I couldn't hack I found it a bit like an AA meeting too lol

Also agree with whoever said the consultant makes a difference ours was fab and I used to ring her to discuss any issues I had or I would catch her before she began image therapy.

Maybe it just doesn't suit some people plus I guess I almost always had my kids with me so just wanted to get straight in and out mostly I did try and get into therapy but it just didnt float my boat :rotfl::rotfl:

I think if its all going great its not so bad, but if you are struggling its really hard. Feels like you're on the spot with your failures:(

I think different formats suit different people, it's a shame it doesn't work for some of you though cos I really feel that staying to class afterwards is what helps me keep on track. But I do wish that recipes and other things you mentioned were discussed at WW were talked about more... I also find the website fab so if class isn't for you then use that more maybe?

I lost 0.5 lb on weds, ok with it I guess, I just can't seem to get myself motivated, plus it's really hard so close to target (6.5lbs away now!!).

I'm so sorry you feel like this, definately isn't a nice feeling. Maybe I'm just lucky with my consultant as she really doesn't make me feel like that, but sometimes I can see that others in our class do. Our consultant is leaving at the end of this month though so I may be joining your feeling soon!! I think it's mostly down to the consultant and how she/he works.

I know someone else who feels like this about it too, thinks its just a waste of time listening to each person go over their weight loss/gain.

WWs ask for a show of hands for 0.5lbs, 1lbs, 1.5lbs, etc & then ask if people have things they want to discuss.

I actually asked not to be mentioned once (as I'd had a crappy week & I didn't want my nose rubbed in it) & people in the class said "ohhh you've forgotton MrsE"
