I said what I said tongue in cheek. My wife has an ex partner who because he is unemployed pays only £5 per week for 2 children.
Why dont CSA force unemployed people to work or stop benefits to prevent amassing arrears which the PWC is never likely to see.

I know a few unemployed people that are in this situation, which has been out of their control, but this country has a lot of lazy, irresponsible scum who cant be bothered to see their kids let alone contribute. This applies to those who are working too.
The CSA needs a review of the current system as its failing a lot of people, and at present there is a lot of grey areas with reference to "old rules".
They need to scrap it, start again with common sense prevailing, and only then will we see a fairer system for all.

So you think all the unemployed are male? you think that all the PWCs are working?
Looking at some threads, some make a career out of what they can claim
Perhaps a pay per view scheme would change a few narrow minded attitudes on both sides of the fence!

Didn't know the CSA have an office in Dundee :p Perhaps you meant Falkirk and they are just as useless as any other CSA office.

It was Dundee. The head of variations called me.

It didn't, the text mentioned that, as highlighted, and the reply was not specifically aimed at you , it was in response to the text posted, some folk find it more cost effective not to go to work as we have a benefits system in place , people that fit this criteria are both male and female, some have children some do not ;)

The CSA can't force unemployed people to work the same way they can't do much regarding self empolyed NRP's ;) The CSA should be scrapped full stop. Oh and I agree whole heartly about irresponsible scum who don't see or contribute towards their child.

This is the problem with the little one liners, one cap does not fit all, some folk don't see their children due to a contact blocking PWC, how does that make them scum? And then why is the blocker not scum? by the same logic?
Hate to admit watching , yesterday on the JK show one of the guests was a pretty girl who has gone on to have a child of her own, but had not seen her own father for years, although he was an alky, the system forced him to work away move etc etc , so whilst still contributing his CS, he didn't get to see his daughter, transpired it was her mum contact blocking.

lol see, JK can be very informative sometimes!!!! maybe all CSA cases should go on the show to decide who pays how much and resolve contact issues...
