Trust me that doesn't matter either ;) benefit claimants get shafted by the CSA also.

How do mothers get away with not giving access, and with making vile claims?
I'm not bad at golf, I just get better value for money when I take more shots!

Sometimes I wonder whether the fact I work full time and claim no benefits means I wasn't considered quite as important (wishes the roll eyes smilie still existed!!) I have always passed on any change of address, but everytime I have spoken to bolton, I seem to need to repeat the information!
As to contact, that is a separate issue and for me should not be linked to child support (personal feelings, not about anyone elses arrangements) Daughter should see her dad, and I spend a lot on petrol to ensure she sees him. The matter of not paying child support whilst having 'good' contact is for his moral code, not mine!! (sorry just noticed you didn't suggest not allowing contact due to money but if he didn't tell me where he is, he does tell me willingly just refuses to acknowledge CSA letters)
Ex works on a contract basis, so I never know who he is working for, just the part of the country he is in.
I just make sure it doesn't stress me as I provide a nice life for our daughter.

ETA, forgot to say thank you for the reply!!

In the same boat, asked the same question - it would seem we are all equal and that CSA screw up regardless. Not sure if that is a reasurrance! lol

Thing is NRP is a relatively new term, when the CSA arrived there were absent fathers, it wasn't a term made up by you , I or anybody else here ;)

Sorry to be pedantic, but its AP "Absent Parent" for the old rules cases! :)

Well the focus was on the description of Absent, and in the papers even now they refer to NRps as absent fathers

Bolton are really shoddy and I told them so....really useless. They lost my forms and the original documents I sent them, I complained to Dundee who are the heads of certain depts? Not sure but thats who I complained to. Bolton staff are really inept to be polite.
