The payments credits from the NRP accumulate to award the £1000.00

Is it publicly documented that this is what happens with the monies? It sounds like a rumour, If the blurb is as we are to believe CS is due now not tomorrow or sometime later in the future. If we were to beleive everything we read we would be tripping over starving freezing children or at best children begging at the side of the street all due to child poverty

That was abolished years ago. I remember getting a letter telling me so when I was still on IS and I have been off IS for over 3 years

in their infinite wisdom, the csa took a lot of useful info off their site when they re-did it a year or so ago.

there used to be all the employee guides and a lot of other info on there, but now alas, it has all disappeared.

something to do with them not liking their rules and regs quoted back at them. ;)

    How convenient!

Thing is NRP is a relatively new term, when the CSA arrived there were absent fathers, it wasn't a term made up by you , I or anybody else here ;)
Actually the term was absent PARENT, they changed it because it was un pc to call somebody absent when they had contact with the children.

having worked for the CSA I can categorically confirm that there was NO difference in the way that a male NRP was treated to a female one. Female ones were more likely to have a nil assessment however, under CS1 because of the allowances and the fact that there are many more females who work part time or who are housewives and earn no money. They have nil assessments so they don't have to pay. There are many male NRPs who also have nil assessments under CS1.

Under CS2 however it is different as there are much fewer people who qualify for nil assessments.
  • Did the men NRP's who work part-time have nil assessments?

Yes if their housing costs and allowances leave them with nothing - it is the same for both sexes but statistically there are more females who work part-time or who stay at home.

I have had a fight from hell with the CSA and pretty well know how they work. The majority of CSA staff and case workers are female - FACT. I have made several complaints regarding the way they treat a male NRP with comments like "you should of that about that before having sex". They also gave my personal details to my ex-wife and suggested she ask me about a change of cirmstances and a child with another woman. But the CSA are untouchable. They have no customer charter, a useless Norwich Complaints Team who themeselves are entirely unsupervised. In my case a woman told me she could not have chidren because as a child she had ovarian cancer and had "bits" removed. A month or so later, she left for Spain (her home) without a word. Nine months later, the CSA call me and the fight began. Much as we hear about women not getting money, how about a thought for the men who have been lied to, duped and conned into parenthood by women who are pathological liars and who's actions are actively endorced by the "woman friendly" CSA.

You can beat the CSA by working in some UK Overseas Territories - contact me if you want to know which one and who it works. I know because I did it for 2 years succesfully and had the £5 weekly minimal attributed (Spanish con-woman only).

You must get regular Subject Access Data requests - it will crack you up the lies they write. ALWAYS record converstaions or demand that all communication is in writing. FYI, if you challenge the lies - they say it's irrelevant, but its good to see what lies beneath the skin of the CSA - and its not nice.

Before anyone pipes up - for my beautiful daughter I have with my ex-wife, I pay directly from a pension scheme and have never missed a penny in 8 years - indeed, I over pay - and am perfectly happy to do so. It took me 7 years to force the CSA to even accept she exists to be considered in a calculation for 2 children (to reduce the payments to the Spanish woman but retail the full figure for my daughter) - but still allow me to pay direct.

I feel another CSA Brick Campaign coming on - it worked last time!

It really is 6 of one and half a dozen of the other when it comes to the CSA and all the horror stories you read about absent parents.

Yes, some women do lie to get what they want, but so do men, i've known men to say they are infertile just so they don't have to use protection, but at the end of the day, if you have unprotected intercourse, then the result could be a baby!

You really can't say one is worse than the other, as both parties know what they are doing at the time and what the consequences might be.

Its all very well saying you can beat the system, but what about the child?
How do you explain your actions, when in 16 or 18 years they come looking for you?
