how do fathers get away with not paying CSA

Theres a thing called EQUALITY and that means or should mean that NRPS either male or female should pay maintenance END OF.:D0

I can't speak for your experience only my own.
Re; your argument that a female officer would be biased towards a female NRP; for every female officer who sympathises with the plight of the female NRP, there is another who wouldn't understand how another woman could leave her children with their father. In fact I would say the opinon of most CSA officers would be anti female NRP rather than pro, as many officers find them more difficult and argumentative than male NRPs. Not saying either of these viewpoints are right, just saying that the two opinions would balance each other out and I truly believe there isn't any bias in how the sexes are treated. I don't know of any officer who would take a case so personally.0 -

Thats what i said, as a woman and a mother, I would find it hard to sympathise with another woman that had left her children.Be who you are, say what you feel, those who mind don't matter, those who matter don't mind. They say that talking to yourself is a sign of mental illness. I'd just be interested to see them...
I know alot of male NRP's but no Female NRP's, so I can't really comment.
it was a report i read on the old csa site. it covered compliance levels for male and female nrp's and they were hauled up over female nrp non compliance/enforcement rates.NEVER ARGUE WITH AN IDIOT. THEY'LL DRAG YOU DOWN TO THEIR LEVEL AND BEAT YOU WITH EXPERIENCE.
and, please. only thank when appropriate. not to boost idiots egos.0 -

"should" is the operative word i'm afraid.
as i have posted before, a lot of female nrp's think that children magically become free to look after when they live with dad.NEVER ARGUE WITH AN IDIOT. THEY'LL DRAG YOU DOWN TO THEIR LEVEL AND BEAT YOU WITH EXPERIENCE.

If it was the old CSA sit then surely as rules have changed this report may no longer be relevant?
Are there any new facts, figures or reports to do with compliance levels?Be who you are, say what you feel, those who mind don't matter, those who matter don't mind. They say that talking to yourself is a sign of mental illness. So I talk to the cats instead.0 -

1. unless, if by magic the agency has changed it's approach to female nrp's, then i doubt it.
2. probably, but i'm not gonna hunt them down just to prove a point.
lastly. i would also state that i also know a couple of female nrp's who are hounded the same as the rest of us. it's just the attitude of the "wimmin" on the front line csa.NEVER ARGUE WITH AN IDIOT. THEY'LL DRAG YOU DOWN TO THEIR LEVEL AND BEAT YOU WITH EXPERIENCE.

If they do deduct £5 per week. This is suppose to build up into a fund for you. When it reaches £1000.00 and/oryour starting working. Child maintainance bonus or back to work bonus.
I would advise keeping all paperwork. I spent months chasing my tail trying to claim my bonus to no avail. No-one would answer my questions or requests and was passed from pillar to post until I gave up. The money was deducted fortnightly from the childrens father benefit money for years.
I wonder if this is why I never got the money ? A license to steal is what it sounds like to me! Their !!!! dad insisted the money has been paid for years!!! I received a few £12 fortnightly payments. That stopped when I queried my bonus money of £1000 owed!Honest_broker07 wrote: »Try getting a female NRP to even p[ay the £5 a week minimum, they won't and I quote "the decision whether a deduction from a Non-resident parent's benefit is applicable lies soley with the office responsible for administering the benefit"
Basically if NRP is on benefits if some beaurocrat (sic) thinks they shouldn't have to pay they don'tbam bam bammy Shore by The Revellers...do do de de do.0 -

Is it publicly documented that this is what happens with the monies? It sounds like a rumour, If the blurb is as we are to believe CS is due now not tomorrow or sometime later in the future. If we were to beleive everything we read we would be tripping over starving freezing children or at best children begging at the side of the street all due to child poverty :eek:0
