Hi, I have had the same probs, ordered a sg2.5 on 12th Jun and still not here after being lied to twice that it was sent.
Called today to cancel order but was informed that they would upgrade me to sg5 and send out today. will let you know.0 -
i Received delivery next day, upgrade to sg5 model as discussed.
I did let tommorowsgolfer know that i was unhappy with treatment and they cant treat people like this.
However i do believe that they wont rip anyone off, If your willing to wait around 3-4 weeks and chase them up it is a good price on skycaddies.
The wait was worth the upgrade, used it yesterday for first time and it is a great bit of kit.

I ordered th Skycaddie SGX on 14th July with a promise of delivery in 5-7 days. This was a birthday present for my husband for 28th July which has now past and still no Skycaddie. Like otheI was promised deivery - I had 2 emails in one day - one stating 24 hour delivery and the other stating 72 hour delivery - all complete lies.when I have calledI am told the parcel is caught up in American customs. The customer service is shocking and I too had the money taken ot of my account the day after I placed the order. I have now contacted Mark Cotrell direct by email and am awaiting his reply. He is the pro at Painswick golf course as well as running Tomorrows world0

I recently ordered the new sonocaddie V500 golf gps I was told that it would be 5-7 day delivery but no luck then I came across this site with the various comments and got worried phoned the number 01452 812422 got through to Mark Cotrell and I must admit he comes across as a genuine guy he explained his situation and offered a immediate refund but as I am willing to wait for the next batch of V500s to be delivered from the US I asked him to keep in touch by email so I can check progress he then offered a bag of goodies to be delivered to me because of problem/situation so will see how this all develops if anybody else has also ordered the sonocaddie V500 could you please post any comments as to delivery or problems

Tomorrows golfer is perhaps not what they should be called!! more like next weeks golfer or 3 months time golfer!!:mad: I ordered a second hand Sg5 3 weeks ago and after being told it would be dispatched in 5-7 working days it never arrived. After numerous e-mails to ask where it was (most of which were never answered) I was eventually told that the units were held up in customs. Another week passed and still no skycaddie. Again I e-mailed, no response. I then e-mailed and asked for a refund, I sent an e-mail through the tomorrows golfer website and via my hotmail account. I got a response to my hotmail account telling me that I had to ask for a refund via the website. I told them I had done this, then they told me that they only put through refunds on a Friday!!! I asked would this be done on Friday 6th, no reply!!! I then phoned and to my amazement someone called Gail answered and assured me my refund would be done today (Friday). I e-mailed today to ask if it had been done- No reply!!!. I tried to phone- no answer!! So I don't know if I will ever see my Money!! Watch this space!! If only I had found this forum before I ordered, I will never do buisness with these people ever again!!0 -

I waited 3 weeks with the same problems as everyone else. however sending Marc Cotrell an email direct finally got immediate response. I told him of this site and I was not willing to be fobbed of with any more lies. My money was redunded within a couple of days. I had ordered this as a birthday gift and expected delivery as promised in 5-7 days.0
