    Spanish Post..:mad:....Friday came and went with nothing, I am now hoping for Monday, it's leaving it a bit short to have a good play with it ready for Wednesdays game, but let's see.:j

    Have you contacted them via the message bit from your Account on the website?
    That's where I did all my communicating, they answered most.
    Also I put "Please respond" As a PrePaid customer that's the least I deserve.

    I gave them an Ultimatum e-mail as follows:-

    "Hi, it's been another week still no news, when can I expect my SGX?
    I see there is now at least 4 companies in the UK with Stock offering next day delivery, I have rang 2 of them and they have confirmed they have them on the shelf.
    Please inform me of your status of SGX delivery.
    Please respond ASAP, or I will be forced to cancel my order and order from another supplyer.
    Regards"

    I would also say you now see others have had delivery from them that ordered after you!

    PS... ALso ask for a Tracking Number, that way you will know that they have actually sent it.

    PPS....Looking at there site, they still say Pre Order, that would sugest to me they have limited supply, they might be sending to thoes that shout the loudest.....Also try and ring them on:- Prestwich Golf Club directly on 01452 812180, that's where they are based....Good Luck

    Whooo.

    Arrived this morning, ordered 2nd March..

    Just doing a Sync and uploading latest software.

    Will give it a go on Wednesday.

    Don't like to worry you all, but i ordered an SGX on 25th April and still have not recieved my order from TG. Have had a few e-mails, the last of which stated the unit would be dispached in 48hrs. that was 11 days ago! So i got fed up and sent an e-mail cancelling the order and requesting a full refund. Three days later i still have not heard a thing! Maybe they are hedging their bets to send me one out, but tomorrow i will be contacting my credit card company to get my money back from them. Great that some of you are starting to recieve your orders, but i'm really !!!!ed off with this company now. Lets hope they work ok and you don't have to send them back to TG given their lies & poor customer communication.

    Sorry, but rant over now!!

    I feel for you mate, I was almost at that point. The only thing that kept me hanging on was that I could see from the Skygolf forum there were MAJOR PROBLEMS.....Also nobody in the UK (Shops) recieved the SGX till a couple of week's ago, that said I agree TG's customer service is almost Zero. If I ran my business like that I would go bust very soon.
    All we ask of any business is "BE HONEST" Life has tought me one thing if you try and be over smart it will "Bight You".
    Personally I think they are a one man band and are trying to juggle too many balls at once. Not that there is anything wrong with a one man band, I started 10 years ago from my bedroom and now have 15 staff, but always tell the truth, it might hurt at the time, but not as much as trying to dig your way out of week's of lies.
    Take note TG.

    Thanks for your reply benichembla, i think you have knocked the old nail on the head. I sent an e-mail to Faye Cottrell at Lockandkey only to find out that it has nothing to do with tomorrow's Golfer, so don't waste your time with that people.
    I'll be on the phone tomorrow so let's see where that takes me...GL all & i'll keep you posted!!
