Problem with online golf company

I ordered a v500 in July from this company via a link from Amazon. I took 4 weeks to arrive and again as commented earlier, it was loaded with 20,000 American golf courses. I have since sent this back and have been promised the v350 as a replacement. I am still waiting and as previously observed emails are ignored and the telephone line goes to answer phone.
I have spoken to the European distributor for Sonocaddie who stated that these people are not authorised retailers for Sonocaddie in this country so any unit that was returned under warranty would end up back in the States where it was supplied from.
I will give these people another few days and then demand a full refund0 -
I ordered a Skycaddie 3.0 (£154) on Aug 16th from Tomorrows Golfer and was informed soon after about a delay from suppliers. I became concerned because of the delay and also because of the postings on this forum. I was informed a few days later the item was in stock and another couple of days later I was informed that the item was shipped. It arrived on the 8th Sept. The order took about 21 days and I was pleasantly surprised when my order arrived to find I had been given a free upgrade to the 3.5 (worth £220)model because of the delay in processing my order.
Overall I am fairly satisfied with the service from Tomorrows Golfer.

I too ordered my skycaddie on 15th Aug, having had the run around as most of you have, I contacted their office & golf club. Have had the usual answers of delivery issues, but am told that it will be with me on Tuesday next week. I am not fussed about the delay but will be hoping that it does turn up next week. Fingers crossed.0

This is an update on my dealings with this company I did receive my order for a sonocaddie V500 after 5 weeks of telephone calls and emails on receiving the V500 it was faulty also to me it looked as if it had been used before so returned the unit and demanded a refund which after 2 weeks has now been deposited back on to my credit card I would say to anybody considering any purchase from this company to reconsider even if the price of your item is cheaper. In the end I have now purchased the golf buddy platinum from hot golf and well pleased with the service with them0

I had similar issues with this company and after many mails back and forth I then checked them out using the company number on companies house website which clearly states that this is run out of panswick golf club. Got no response from the customer care line which has a recorded message stating that the number is no longer in service. Spoke to the club secretary at Panswick and I got a refund pretty much straight away although I am yet to see it in my account I have now lodged a complaint with trading standards in Gloucester.0

Like many folk I am having a problem getting delivery of a gps system from Tommorrows Golfer. Whilst only ordered and paid for 3 weeks ago I am becoming increasingly concerned with their lack of responses and communication. Can anyone throw any light on the company and whether i am wasting my time chasing my money0
