Read the post immediately preceeding yours ...or is that too much to expect? It answers every concern that you have.

This might be a stupid question but who is the Registered Keeper? You or your employer?

Sorry, I've never had a company car.

If it is a company car you may want to show this to your boss http://www.fleetnews.co.uk/news/2009/5/28/question-private-parking-fines-fleets-urged/30698/

Despite what PPCs may make out, the above is still the correct legal position.

The advice in England/Wales has changed - DO NOT IGNORE!!!!

So stop reading this ancient thread and get reading the sticky threads on page one from this year instead!!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD
  • Just in case it is too much to expect......

As long as your company ignore them no problems, but if its obvious its a company car they may put extra pressure on the company thinking they will cough up. Been there done that!! However its safe for your company and you to ignore!
