  • Mr Lodger appears to require a personality transplant as he comes across as a very unpleasant individual.

And you sir, have a perceptual handicap. Did Santa not leave you a nice pressie?

  • Well, if they do clamp you...

Watch this video, it is brilliant. Also shows plod and their inept approach to this robbery.

Hi. I've just been reading this thread after receiving a PCN from Parking Eye asking for £90 and adding to my rotten day. Unfortunately I've already phoned them. I told them that because of my disability I can't get round quickly, I was 15 minutes over and I didn't even see any signs, nor did hubby. They asked me to send a copy of my blue badge and shopping receipts to appeal. Should I just ignore them as previously suggested or am I in more trouble because I phoned them? Just what I need on New Year's Eve!

No, you are perfectly safe to ignore them from now on. Parking Eye have never issued a court claim, they merely send two or three ever more threatening letters and then give up.

Don't let it spoil your New Year, there's absolutely nothing to worry about
  • Parking Eye are a total joke and I can confirm that they give up after about three silly begging letters. They do not have a leg to stand on with their Mickey Mouse 'fines'. That is why they NEVER do court as they know they will get their butts kicked. Ignore the silly threats and rest assured that nothing will happen.

Thank you all. I must admit to being in tears because I received two letters on the same day. I panicked because I thought I had two fines but one was just a follow up from the first letter. I will ignore anything else I receive from them unless I'm going to be the first person they take to court! Happy New Year everyone and I'm really glad that there are so many helpful people on this site.
