My sister's didin't arrive yesterday down to human error and mine didin't arrive today due to a techical glitch which they are still working on.

Has anyone checked their bank accounts after ordering using the code?

I did and they had deducted the money from my account, i then contacted them and the CS adjusted the account to show £5 credit to use on future purchases but it is still showing the account is unpaid. Going to wait until the invoice date to see if they take the amount a second time before contacting them again.

I've just checked my account, and the pending invoice is showing as £5.06, but not sure if they add the discount when they produce the invoice, or whether it should already have been applied. I did enter the discount code when registering, and set up a DD.

Someone else said that they got offered a £5 credit against future orders, but I would not accept that as the goods that I bought were probably only worth about half the £5 anyway (based on the price I'd pay at the supermarket)

Luckily my bank shows the details of direct debits that are due to be taken the following day, so if they try and take £5.06, I'll cancel the DD, and ask them to set it up again and take the 6p next time.

I've had no problems with deliveries and have used them a few times but they haven't deducted the £5 so i'm going to have to ring/email them.

I can't even get my postcode in I click go and it goes " we do not deliver to the postcode entered" I would not be worried if I entered one!!!
