Mine was left on neighbours doorstep so not over impressed as I only discovered at lunchtime so no idea how long it had been on doorstep. however for 1p not going to complain0

my account is showing the full invoice amount and no discount despite applying the DMFB code at order time.
Anyone else expecting full charges?0 -
I cancelled my order because I wasn't convinced I wasn't going to be charged full price and couldn't be bothered with the hassle of ringing them! Some people see the glass half full, others see the glass half empty - the enlightened are simply grateful to have a glass0

I've really had enough of the whole thing now!!
I was meant to get my original delivery last Monday - nothing. Phoned CS and they said delivery on Wed - got 2 items. Waited on Fri for the rest - nothing. Phoned CS again who said everything else would be here today. On Sat, they left a box of teabags on my doorstep (even though I said to leave at back of house) in the pouring rain - they were just in the usual cardboard box packaging.
Woke up today expecting the rest - got a box of teabags again but still no milkshake. Will phone CS and terminate my account. I dread to think how unorganised it all is, especially with the payments being due soon.0 -
Got some more banana milk this morning, and the milkman had managed to let himself in the gate this time and hide the milk from view, was lovely to get it this morning.Debt free since July 2013! Woo hoo! The bank actually laughed when I said I have come in to cancel my overdraft.0

mine was delivered no problem. The children loved the milkshake in a proper milk bottle.0

poor experience for me as well
The products were due to arrive this morning, but nothing turned up.
I called up and while DC could see my order details apparently the local depot could not. I was told to log in and change the date for the order. I tried that but it wouldn't let me log back in again, so DC had to do it.
Then the guy said 'check your account to make sure you don't get charged twice for this order!'
How do I check my account when it doesn't log me on?!
So I might get charged twice for something that is meant to be free and wont know for three weeks..0 -
I finally received my order this morning, nearly a week late, and the eggs have a use by date of tomorrow, i'm never going to get through 6 eggs in a day, is it worth me ringing up and complaining about this? I wouldnt mind if i knew the items had been free, but like the above poster, issues with my order have meant i've been charged twice, although hopefully now one charge has been cancelled, but even after mentioned i'd used the dmfb code i didnt get a refund on the other payment.0

My food was supposed to arrive Friday. My husband was home all day, but nothing arrived. Nothing cam Saturday either, so on Sunday I called to complain.
The website said "delivered" but the chap on the phone said his screen showed "pending". He said that he would be in touch with the depot in the morning and that they would contact me.
I've had no call.0
